I loved that this hotel was within walking distance from the Mall of America. I brought my teenagers for spring break but needed a suite so I could separate boys and girls but still be in the same space. Since we got a 2 bedroom suite we picked a night to cook in the hotel room and have a game/movie night and we had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and even had a map of the mall that we could use during our stay. I would definitely recommend.

There is nothing I would change about our stay. I think the kids were hoping there would be a hot tub in the pool area but were also fine swimming in the pool one of the nights.

When I checked in on saturday june 24th about 12pm the woman on duty was so nice to us and answered any questions we had. The woman on 2nd shift on Sunday was also extremely helpful and gave us lots of info regarding the area…The man that worked the over night shift on Saturday was also extremely nice as well and willing to help. Anytime we come to the area in the future we will definitely stay here.. As well as we were informed the policy regarding pets and next time just might bring the puppy; now knowing how that works

They are a dog friendly property. Staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Location perfect for quick access to highways and local attractions. Design of suite rooms is very well thought out. Kitchen has everything needed including good sized refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, and even a dishwasher! Breakfast was a nice option and included in the price. Very good value for the dollar.

There were only a few free standing restaurant options close by but Mall of America is across the street with every option imaginable.

king suite has a super comfy bed and fold out sofa. The kitchenette had a nice smaller sized full sized fridge. There is an induction cook top and microwave. The room has a nicely appointed working area with a modular desk and ergo office chair. There is an ironing board and iron in the front coat closet and also a large sized closet in the bathroom. I was impressed how spacious the room was and overall quiet considering its proximity to the MOA and airport. Breakfast buffet was impressive and staffed with two people to assist and replenish items. Waffles, two kinds of eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, pastries and bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, oatmeal and all the fixings, I mean, wow! Coffee, cocoa and tea is complimentary 24 hrs a day and is always hot and fresh. The facility is clean, well maintained and I would guess new within the last year or so. Completely walkable to MOA and they also have a shuttle. Airport shuttle and free and ample parking are available. The staff were great! Friendly and accommodating!! You won’t be disappointed!! Worth every penny!

The room was bigger than expected. Beds were very comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was hot and strong. The staff was all very friendly, especially Martha, the gal handling the breakfast in the mornings. She helped me gather breakfast for my family of five and gave me a tray to carry it back to my room. She was also friendly with the whole family. Every staff member i encountered walking from the lobby to my room always greeted me with a smile and “good morning” Being able to see the MOA out the window was nice. Walking to it was closer than finding a spot in the parking ramp.

There was an old cookie under one of the beds in our room and there was many fruit flies. We had a faulty tv but maintenance came up and fixed it right away he was awesome, friendly to the kids, and apologetic.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt welcome. The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and a nice variety. MARTHA H. is an excellent breakfast hostess and is the sweetest most kind lady who worked her butt off keeping everything stocked and the area clean. If we are ever in Bloomington, MN again, we will definitely stay here.

They didn't keep the plastic bags filled for doggy doodie. They didn't have a hot tub.

The staff was very respectful and understanding. We had a 4 year old who was making some noise, we got complaints about it from the room under us and the overnight staff aloud us to move rooms.

The constant complaints we got because of our daughter. What do you except when you go to a hotel with little kids? It wasn’t just us the lady made complaints about, but i asked the staff to move rooms, which we did.

Checked in Sunday Dec 19th at about 5:30pm, I think her name was Emma who was at the front desk- this was perhaps the best customer service I ever received at check in from any hotel from all my travels- and I travel a lot. She was very hospitable, understanding of my needs and even went above and beyond to make my stay so awesome (which it was!) The rooms were outstandingly clean and sanitized, thanks to Maritza! This hotel offered everything that you could ever need... even a grill! The rooms are decorated very nicely, the bed and pillows were very comfy. We had a nice view of downtown and the airport. Noise was never an issue after 10pm. Breakfast was delicious, thanks to Martha. The dining area was crowded but Martha made sure everything was kept clean and in stock. The coffee ran out and I didn't even have to ask, another pot was already brewed. I do have to say that the breakfast selection was top! From scones, to waffles, hot breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juices, the list goes on- they have something for everyone. Overall I found this hotel to be of great value for the price and will most likely consider staying here again.

the mattress was a little worn out. My back was a little sore in the morning. I realize that was only one of many beds in this hotel, and that is not a fair sample of the facility. one sore back should not be given much weight when rating a hotel’s overall score. so you may wish to disregard my rating. otherwise I enjoyed my stay, and I plan to stay here again in the future.

The next time we have amini vacation in the cities, we are staying here again! Everyone was so kind, the pool was the BEST I've ever been in (and I've been in A LOT) as the temp of the water was LIKE BATHWATER!! SO. NICE. Everything was clean, breakfast was hot and delicious, the bed was super comfy, and our stay was just all around PERFECT. All that and right across the street from MOA! Could not have gone better!

Nothing. Other than COVID is still around, but even that the hotel covered beautifully!
