Connected to an IHOP & TGIF. Walking distance..im saying like just a football field away from MALL OF AMERICA!! Spacious rooms, the living and bedroom being away from each other was perfect. Breakfast options were good, not much variety each day..being there a week though, I could be biased 😂. Having 2 pools & 2 spas was a plus!! Staff was amazing & very helpful to everything that needed to tend to. Made it their mission to make sure our stay went great. 🥰

Unfortunately AC in some rooms were not working. First night was unbearable as it was like in the 90s. Hallways to the two restaurants were super janky...nothing a little tlc couldn't fix.

The breakfast was excellent and all our questions were answered politely and efficiently by staff. Also enjoyed the pool facilities.

We had a room with a couch bed and when we pulled it out it appeared it had not been cleaned (sheets changed) as there was food remains in the couch. My grandson slept on the couch itself and we were unaware that he had no bed coverings to use (blankets) Were not aware of it until morning.

Wonderful location - close to the south side of Mall of America that was accessible across an elevated walkway. It was closer than it appeared on the map. The Park Plaza and adjoining Country Inn are served by one reception. Easier to enter on the Country Inn side (next to TGI Fridays) because the reception is located there. Staff were excellent - friendly and professional. They really knew the meaning of customer service and were a highlight of the stay. Room was a good size - and there was even a window to open - love having fresh air in the room. Everything was clean, and the Wifi was strong too. Bed was comfortable and I slept very well. For those who wish to clean their clothes, there is one washing machine and one dryer available. I took the airport shuttle for my departure and that was a very welcome benefit of staying here. Given the competitive price of this property compared to nearby competitors, this is an easy choice for someone staying in this area. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was disappointing with very limited choices. There were cereals but not corn flakes - something that it usually provided in most establishments.

confusing during check in. there’s two names on the hotel, you can’t tell that they are connected so it makes it seem like you need to enter the back entrance when the lobby is way on the other side of building.

The gentleman that was working when I checked in was wonderful. He was courteous, informative, and funny. The hotel has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs all in the same pool area. Breakfast was a little better than standard. They had lots of hot and cold options and enough room to seat everyone. The rooms were nice, ours had a separate bedroom with a locking door which was nice because we had teenagers staying with us in the livingroom area on the sofa bed. There's a TGI Fridays and an IHop in the same building. Check -in is actually at the Country Inn and Suites. There's 2 buildings connected in the middle, one being Park Plaza and One being Country Inn and Suites, however it's really just one big hotel, they share a breakfast area, laundry room, pool area, etc.

You have to walk across a parking lot to get to the enclosed skywalk that connects to the Mall of America. It was freezing and we didn't want to drag coats through the mall so we found ourselves making a bad dash thru the snowy parking lot to go back and forth to the mall. If the weather was nicer then it would have been perfect.

The location was great, we went to see the mall and could walk there in minutes. Also anywhere else we had to drive too was less than 30 minutes away. Like the fact that there is 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, food was really good and had a good variety of things to eat. Staff was extremally friendly and accommodating, especially since we locked ourselves out of the room. Housekeeping was great we always had fresh towels as well.

The indoor pool area could have had more air flow too it. The chlorine was very strong between the pools and hot tub, it burned our eyes made it uncomfortable to be in there for long periods of time. Also our carpet and chair could have used a steam clean there were visible stains on both. Also our toilet seat was broken so when you sat down it shifted almost off the bowl. Also clarification on the back entrance would be nice that you have to check in at the front of the building at Country in Suites.

I really like the design of the room. They have separated living room and bed room. That allows me to work while my family is sleeping with no disturbance. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have 2 pools and a fireplace outside. Very close to the east entrance of the mall, just across the street. Everything was just perfect. The price is resasonable too. I'll definitely stay there again for my next trips.

The hairdryer needs a replacement I think. It gets overheating very quickly and almost burn my hand.

The location is right across from the Mall of America (walking distance if so desired :)) and therefore close to the airport as well. There is a TGIs right next to the hotel, in case you are hungry and don't want to go far. If you want to drive 10 -15 mins, various restaurant in the area (if you decide not to eat in the Mall, which I would recommend not to...).

Breakfast is very basic and spa & pool were very busy when I was there. But that could be abnormal due to a large bus of school kids being in the hotel. Nothing wrong with that by the way, but therefore just busy. The WIFI was a bit slow, so trying to do a video conference on the WIFI was a challenge. Other then that okay.

The hotel was super nice. Seemed to be safe and it was close to the Mall of America which was super super nice. Plus having free parking was amazing. The free breakfast was also pretty yummy!

The beds were lumpy and you get half of a standard size pillow for your pillow. You do get two but it could’ve been a bigger and better quality pillow. The AC was also super loud and the thermostat only went down to 67 for cool air so it was pretty hot sleeping.

I loved how big the double Queen bedroom was and the bathroom was very nice, everything organized and the staff were so friendly left them a tip for good service especially when we asked for more towels and garbage bags they definitely pulled threw. The hotel was right across from Mall of America and it was a short walk to the entrance, I was so happy of my booking and my friends loved it too also the free breakfast was amazing, lots to pick from and made perfectly.

I didn’t like how there were a few hairs on the bedding we plucked off and how one hot tub had jets over pouring water out of them and splashing at our faces. Other than that it was great.
