The location was excellent. We did drive to the mall, but you could walk. The room was very nice. The hotel staff was friendly. The food in the hotel was great, but there were other options right outside the front door. They also provided us with a large coupon book for the mall upon check in.

Our room was right beside the elevators and the music in that area was extremely loud and at times you could hear it in the room. You do have to pay to park in the garage and it didn’t really make sense why with there obviously not being enough open spaces in front of the hotel, especially with restaurants sharing the space, & they were redoing the parking lot so most of their spots weren’t even open.

I did not like the fact that you had to pay extra for breakfast

The staff at the desk were very accommodating when Booking.com did not book our rooms under the name as expected. When we arrived none of the information from Booking.com was on the hotel computer and Tracey (receptionist) was diligent and creative in ensuring we had a place to stay for 6 people.

The first receptionist informed us that they did not have our reservations. She did call other hotels, but pretty much told us we were out of luck. It wasn't until Tracey took over that they were able to find us rooms and figure out the issue.

Clean room, nice bathroom/shower, comfy bed, great workout room, love the peloton (I have one at home and stayed here especially because of that), and the food at the bar was exceptional. The staff from front desk staff to bar staff to housekeepers were all amazing. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again when I have to be in town. This is now my go to hotel and will always pick this one when I am in the cities.

The internet was spotty and as a grad student it took longer to get things done because I had to use the hotspot off my phone because it wasn't working very well.

That I was able to check in early as I had a lot of luggage issues to sort out and early check-in gave me time to repack and get out to the airport at a time when check-in was not the chaotic nightmare it has become. Also given quiet room which was greatly appreciated.

That the cook went home at 10.00 pm and there were no tapas to eat as advertised in the elevator (tapas available until 11.00 pm). There was no food available but the bartender was sympathetic and provided me with a beer on the house. Although not a meal, her kindness to remedy iithe situation was appreciated. Kudos to her, can’t say the same about the kitchen staff.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Arrived early then expected and they were even able to let me check in a couple hours before our original check-in time at 3pm which was so highly appreciated. Our work event went longer than predicted so the hotel was even able to let us checkout around 1pm which was soooo nice. Just ask folks! The lobby was beautiful, room, clean and spacious and wow, I love their ceiling showerhead. Clean room, comfy bed. Parking is free and there is even an extra ramp if you want to cover your car from the snow in winter. Great location next to the airport and Mall of America.

I wish there was a skyway connecting the parking to the hotel. It would make it so much more convenient for guests and keep them warm in the dead of winter. Some of the curtains in the rooms can be wonky so if you like a pitch dark room, you might not get that. Not a big dilemma though.

It is a traveler's dream. As someone who traveled for over 20 years for business and many other years for fun all over the world, and stayed in all levels of hotels it was absolutely one of the BEST. I've already told many people. It was totally designed for people staying somewhere with luggage and all the current devices we don' t seem able to leave behind! Compact but so well thought out and soooo clean. Kept us tidy too! Loved all the mirrors. I could go on and on but best stop for now! THANK YOU. Change all rooms to match this one.

Breakfast very pricey . Wish it was a continental like in Spain and at reasonable add on or included.

The fitness room and the room and bed. All very nice. I really enjoyed my stay and the food at the hotel was great too. I appreciated that there was a peloton bike and weights available in the fitness room.

I had trouble with the app for the tv to control the tv. Pamphlet or something about the app on the desk would have been great.

Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Great location near MOA and airport. Hazelwood Restaurant next door was very nice, great food and ambiance!

NO Airport Shuttle??? Sad. You would think you could run a shuttle between multiple Marriott hotels to the airport. Had to pay for Uber.

Love the bed/bedding and the shower. The room and other facilities are modern and sleek in design and sustainability at the forefront in the design of the room. Having a refillable carafe - genius!

Not enough storage space for clothing. Little to no drawer space available -- needed to "live out of suitcase" which shouldn't be necessary in a high-end hotel. Breakfast options could be expanded.
