staff was super nice during check in, also breakfast was simple but good enough to hold over until lunch. (pretty basic options). another great perk was it was right across the street from Mall of america! very convenient if you wanted to run back to hotel and then head over again. also another perk was it was connected to TGI Fridays. Also parking lot was nice and big

beds were super uncomfortable and shower did not have a lot of pressure. the room definitely could have used more cleaning. curtains were dirty , an outlet was not all the way in, bathroom was not super clean either.

Shuttle to/from the MOA being included was a bonus. But the hotel was still close enough that we could walk it when we wanted to. Staff was friendly no matter the time of day. Beds comfortable. When you're in your room you could barely hear the bus load of students that where there. Access to iHOP & TGIFriday's w/o leaving the building was great. We have stayed at other places for our annual MOA family trip but this was a better experience with a much better price.

When walking to/from the MOA the sidewalk access route wasn't cleared of snow enough for our daughter's wheel chair so we had to adjust our route a bit and go in through the parking lot entrance which was a bit frightening at one point.

I think the property was in a good location next to Mall of America and the highway. The staff was very friendly and clean. Rooms were nicely updated. Was a great stay.

I think they need to invest in putting different restaurants connected to this restaurant. The TGI Fridays attached to it was terrible and the ihop had illegal activity happening in it when we went for breakfast at around 4:30. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. Just think those restaurants don’t represent this property very well.

Our plane was late coming into the city, our bags were even later. We missed the shuttle and took a cab to the hotel and the front desk guy was very nice and welcoming. We got a good nights sleep, my 3 yr old crawled right into bed and was super happy. Was nice to be welcomed after a very long trip. Breakfast was great too.

The air conditioning unit had a very loud rattle, but luckily I could turn it off with the wall unit so we could sleep good so it wasn't a big deal, room didn't get too hot.

Everything! The breakfast buffet was great. French toast, mini waffles, scramble eggs, biscuits, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, English muffins, lots of coffee varieties, and best of all breakfast was served till 10:30. Even though you are right by the airport and airplanes fly over a lot, I rarley heard them, but my kid thought it was the coolest. Very close to MOA. The housekeeper replaced our used towels and tidied up our bathroom great.

The beds were too soft for my personal liking.

The location of this hotel is literally across the street from the mall. You cannot go wrong with the location. If you don't like the breakfast or want a little more there is a great restaurant attached, the host is outstanding and very entertaining. OUr room was a great size and accommodated 4 quite nicely.

The pool area was very odd. There are 2 very small pools. They were so cold our kids would not get in them. There were also 2 hot tubs, which were barely lukewarm and the water level was so low the jets were not working properly. the pool area definitely needed some attention.

Absolutely amazing. The staff were all super nice and friendly. The room was big enough for my family and the beds were really comfortable. I asked to be close to the pool because of the kids and they accommodated us perfectly. The pool area was great. I loved the breakfast in the mornings. It was a nice variety for the kids which I loved and I was greatful to not have to worry about buying breakfast. I loved that it was across the street from the mall and the shuttle was a great accommodation. I didn’t know that was available for us until we were headed there. Not having to drive and find parking was such a relief for us. This was a great stay. We were definitely pleased and we will be back.

There were long strands of hair in and around the tub so I cleaned before I got settled in. I usually clean the tubs and showers when I travel anyway because that’s just how I am so it didn’t put too much of a damper on my stay but still, it was nasty lol. There also weren’t many breakfast meat options for us as we don’t eat pork. Again, didn’t put too much of a damper on our stay. We just picked from what we could.

The hotel room was really nice and was very close to the Mall of America. The breakfast was also delicious! My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay here.

It was very difficult to find parking as the parking spots filled up quickly. a few times we couldn’t find any in the front lot. The TGI Fridays next door had plenty of parking but had warnings that they would tow if you were not a customer, so we didn’t feel comfortable parking there. Thankfully there was one spot left for us in the parking lot behind the building both times but it was a little stressful not knowing if we would have a spot!

The room was clean and nicely furnished. We liked having the mini-fridge to keep our drinks cold. Room had soft beds with plenty of pillows. Bathroom was also well-stocked and we never ran out of hot water. Wifi was reliable and consistent (considering I was on it working, my wife was on it doing her thing, and grandson was on it watching YouTube). Perhaps the thing we like the most was LOCATION! This hotel is right across the street from Mall of America.....literally! Once out of the hotel parking lot, there is a covered walkway that takes you across the street and over into the mall. This made it easy for my wife and grandson to have safe access to the mall while I was attending work activities. iHoP and TGI Friday's are also on the hotel property making grabbing a quick bite easy. Definitely recommend!

Can't think of anything we didn't like. Room was great, location was great.
