The breakfast was very good, but I wish that there was a bit more variety, particularly for the hot dishes.

I stayed one week, and I made my booking many months prior to my trip. I asked for a room with a good view and I did not notice any effort from the hotel staff to try to accommodate that. Some staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, others were not so much. I asked for daily housekeeping, and the ladies did a very good job despite the strike. However, I wish that the housekeeping was performed in a more regular way. One day was in the morning, and in another day in the afternoon ... Since I was attending a conference, and I need to use the room during the day sometimes, these scheduling changes conflict a bit with my activities. Sometimes, the music in the lobby was a bit too loud.

Breakfast was really well cooked and plenty. Staff was super friendly and connected with us. Food at the bar was delicious. Elevators worked perfectly. Room was clean and comfy with power blinds. Chanel selection on tv was good. Bathroom was huge!! Water pressure was good. Location was amazing with surrounding areas to walk to and eat. Overall extremely satisfied. Best stays I’ve had in a long time! Parking was spacious always room and easy to go in and out.

Maybe a small microwave inside the room would be nice for the added night stays. Maybe get with Google to fix GPS as it takes you to the side street of the one way, not the correct rout to get in the hotel. We circled around and came the one way street. But Everything else was really good no complaints.

Hyatt Pasadena was an awesome experience for my family and I. I know many can relate, traveling with children poses its challenges but staying at the Hyatt Pasadena made it easy and comfortable for everyone. Complimentary breakfast was good on both mornings of our stay - super convenient, easy, and everyone in my family had something they enjoyed. The pull out bed made it easy for my teenager to have his own space and the queen sized beds were good for the rest of us. The hotel in its entirety was clean and modern. Parking is right under the hotel which was quick and easy to get to the car if we forgot anything. We didn’t have a room ready when it came to check-in time so Alexa at the front desk was able to give us access to the pool while we waited and she compensated our parking for our two night stay. Just amazing customer service!!! We’ve already decided anytime we come into the area, this will be our go-to hotel. Thank you Hyatt Pasadena! We’ll definitive the back!

I really love this hotel! Everything about it is great except for the poor wifi service and the parking cost of $25 per night.

Wifi service was so bad that I had to use my mobile hotspot for my entire stay which used up all of my mobile data.

I liked the breakfast, comfortable beds, the sofa, TV, room temperature, quite air conditioning system

Bathroom light (sensor was not working properly, so all day even during the night it was turned several times suddenly). As the door of the bathroom is transparent, the light came to the main room as well. Also I didn't like that there is no kettle at the hotel. Each time we had to ask for a cup of hot water.

The staff were extraordinary. At the front desk, Arianna and Thomas were extremely welcoming and had answers to all of my questions. The rooms were cleaned perfectly each day and the pool was fantastic. Great sun and location to catch rays. Location was incredible. Beds were comfy.

Breakfast was actually very good. However, it was exactly the same EVERY day. They need to add something different each day so that you feel like there is some variety. Regardless, it was great to have it included.

my family and I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. from the lobby to the room, to the restaurant and bar, breakfast, everything was just amazing, clean and beautiful. the staff was amazing all very helpful. the chef was great!!! definitely 10 stars, he made us dinner for our family of 5 and everything was delicious and plated to perfection. We will only be staying at this location when in town. thank you all so much for the hospitality!!!

elevators - there is only one elevator that takes you to the parking garage, but when you want to go down it dings the 2nd elevator which doesn't take you to the parking garage

Great location! Right inside the mall which has other restaurants. Within walking distance to everything

We were disappointed with check in. check I. was supposed to be at 3pm. We arrived from LA a little before 5 assuming our room would be ready. it was not. We were told they would text us when a room was ready. We returned about an hour later (almost 6pm now) and inquired when a room would be ready as we hadn’t been texted yet. We were then told “oh I think I might have a room for you.” Unfortunately we lost out on valuable time in Pasadena because of this. Wonder what would have happened if we didn’t check back with them!

Clean, but maybe too clean. Everything everywhere had an odor of sickly sweek cleaner. OK to clean, but please don't perfume it up so much. The breakfast was good. Especially liked the steel cut oats and all the fixings. The coffee was meh.

See my like comments for the sickly sweet deodorizer smell everywhere. Overwhelming. The hotel interior design was not to my liking. Everything was oversized in scale and the spaces were filled with generic plasticky beige boring details, furniture etc. The place needs more life and better, more unique sense of place. Did I mention the coffee? Meh.

The elevator to the parking space is quirky, if you wanted to get to the parking space quickly, you have 50-50 chance of getting the right elevator. Otherwise you have to go to the first floor, transfer to another elevator, then down 1 floor to the parking space. But thats just nitpicking
