The Hotel Dena was perfectly located for our weekend trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part of the stay was the room service! The hours were great, the service was quick and the options were plenty!

My only two issues were fairly minor. The electors were super slow though it did give you a chance to chat with people while you were waiting. The real issue for me was that I am very sensitive to smells and I had to take allergy medications to not be effected by the different scents throughout the hotel - including whatever detergent was used for the bed linens. This will not be a problem for most people but for those that are sensitive, it is just something to be forewarned about.

I liked the convenience of being next to the conference center. Being able to walk to the events was especially helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were great, and the food in the restaurant was very tasty.

I found the parking confusing. Not being from California and having never been to Pasadena before, it took me a few efforts to figure out how to enter the property to park. There was something wrong with the air in my room; when the heat turned on, I would start coughing. Every time. This caused me to not sleep well at night. Eventually, I turned off the heater

For starters, the room was ready when we arrived at 10am, which as someone who travels a Lot was shocking and Very welcome. The size of the room, the comfort of the bed, the convenient location Right on the Convention Center property as well as being a brisk walk to downtown shops and restaurants.. everything was phenomenal.

It's hard to think of things I Didn't enjoy during my stay. The only things that come to mind are the lack of a general store in the base of the lobby, or that metal utensils couldn't be brought directly to the rooms, all in all though these small things didn't tarnish the stay,

The room was spacious and airy with tons of light. Everything was in walking distance to the hotel and we only had to drive once the entire stay. We ordered room service 3 times and was very impressed with the service and the food.

We had a patio room that looked onto another apartment building. There were no chairs on the patio and it was shared by every room the length of the entire building. It would have been nice to have a private balcony by adding opaque walls or topiary.

I was able to check into my room a bit early, the staff was super nice. I had lunch in the restaurant and the food was very good. The room was updated, clean and quiet! There was a mini fridge as well which was nice. the coffee maker only had decaf coffee though lol. Staying for work because of a conference so it was extremely convenient.

There is a little convenience store that is self checkout open 24/7 which is GREAT but it had airport prices. Otherwise no complaints!

Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Location to surrounding area was great for walking to shopping, dining, convention center. For smokers the smoking area was clean, comfortable and convenient. The area felt safe and was fun to walk and explore. The bathroom provided full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. The room was cleaned everyday and included 2 fresh bottles of water. Elevators were fast and convenient.

Great location next to the Pasadena convention center. Total of a two minute walk from hotel room to the expo hall. Food & drink available on property. Plus, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Clean and convenient with a great staff. Thanks again Natalie from the front for the assistance! Will certainly choose again when in Pasadena.

I loved the location of this property. I also appreciated the enthusiasm of the staff. Everything was super clean and nice both in my room and in the lobby. Overall, it was a great stay.

I wish my bed and pillows had been slightly firmer. I could also hear quite a bit of noise each evening from the hallway going into all hours of the night and early morning (2 to 3 am), and it began again around 7 am.
