We stayed several nights in this pleasant motel-style hotel, a short walk from Delmar Metro station on a direct line to Union Station. There is a range of food and shopping outlets within 10 minutes walk. It was in a perfect location for a non-driving holiday as Pasadena is an attractive, walkable city. Our room had comfortable bed, a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. which was great. We booked breakfast- take-out bags provided juice, fruit, muffin, milk, cereal etc. Altogether convenient and comfortable.

We were not used to air conditioning so the room got a little too warm for us at times. We were surprised we had to book housekeeping in advance but it worked out ok and cleaning was a good standard. The bathroom decor could use a little refresh. However, we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in Pasadena, one of the nicest neighborhoods in L.A. It is very convenient, safe and there are grocery stores, delis, a supermarket and the subway station at walking distance. There was a laundromat inside the premises so I coud do my laundry (been traveling for several weeks) for little money. The lady at front desk (Celeste) was super kind. I had a good sleep. Everything was fine.

When I arrived, by 3.30 p.m. my room was NOT yet available/ ready even though check-in time is at 3 p.m., according to the hotel's guidelines. Fine. I waited. Also, one of the towels had some dirt, but of the Mexican ladies doing the cleaning was really nice and gave me a clean new one. Everything was good after that.

They neighbourhood was great and peaceful. From our room to Colorado Blvd. it was like 10 min and also the Civic Auditorium is just nearby so we had a great surroundings. There were also many shops in the area.

There were some things like little ants crawling around and even one roach appeared there. We stayed a whole week and not once someone came to our room to clean, give more toilet paper or change the towels at least. Also the „breakfast” is just going to the reception and picking up things into a bag (like a fruit, juice, something sweet and a sandwich) and not everything was tasty. Also the „breakfast” was served from 6am to 8:30am and this time seemed kinda short. The swimming didn’t look like I wanted to swim in it and I have never seen anyone swimming there.

Bedroom and bathroom were fine - fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine all good. Location central Pasadena, short walk to convention center, shops and restaurants with large Whole Foods Market right opposite. Parking in forecourt a few steps from room. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices minimal. Room window gives directly onto outdoor passageway to all other rooms, so anyone walking by can see straight into bedroom - blind had to stay down. Not enough sockets for TV, fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

The lodging was in an excellent location close to a lot of restaurants, Whole foods, Trader Joe's and a movie theater. The staff was friendly and provided plenty of additional coffee. They provided a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage

The lodging is in area that has somewhat of a crime problem. A person was panhandling very aggressively, at least he didn't try to steal my wallet. I needed help at first by the staff for both the internet and TV.

The location of the hotel was great. Easy access to downtown Pasadena. The comfort and style of the room was great! Staff was efficient and friendly.

The light inside the bathroom was very dim. It also has visible rodent droppings on the glass of the bathroom light. The breakfast was horrendous. A frozen burrito and an orange. This is much worse than an elementary school breakfast.

Room was clean and exactly as described. Very convenient in proximity to things around Pasadena, and well priced. Loved the underground parking amenity and the fridge/microwave in the room are a keeper. Was quiet and internet service was reliable (huge plus) . From Adnan at check in desk and Corinna, my check in was smooth, easy, and not complicated. Will most likely pick it when I return to Pasadena in the future.

My only notes would be 1. My bathroom sink was slow in draining 2. Missing a lamp in my room which made it a little darker. 3. Missing an iron. 4. Minor- more modern tv needs (updates for plug in w/ computer) & more updated channels. 5. minor -Brighter lightbulbs in room (a little dark)

Nice spacious room; with free packed breakfast (however, it is almost the same everyday - milk, fruit, bagel, butter/jam, etc); there is a pool (however i see the same group swimming on our whole 6N stay and they were drinking next to the pool, so we were hesitant as I am with my young kids), plenty of parking slots available

New towel received was with blood stain right in the middle of the towel; shampoo bottle not filled in upon check-in (staff must ensure refill every check-out); only one chair available in the big room (should be atleast 2)
