Beds are very comfy, breakfast is great and staff at the restaurant are friendly and tentative. I ended up in a handicap adapted room, which meant a very large room and bathroom, which was nice. Close to Pasadena high street where there are many restaurants and shops, 10 minute walk away.
I wanted to use the laundry service, and normally you just leave the dirty laundry in the provideed laundry bag, fill out the form and the housekeeping team take it and bring it back when it's clean. But they never took my items. When i checked out, they told me i should have brought it to reception - that was not clear anywhere, and i have never had to do that at other hotels. A little note with instructions would help!

grand older building in downtown Pasadena. Older but well kept. Bed was comfortable. The bar/restaurant was good with some unique menu items. Bar staff wonderful.
Only had one night there. Wish we could have used more of the facilities.

it always nice staying here, which I have many times. it located close to a lot of great places and it’s not too far from others if you need to drive. The staff is always phenomenal every single time I have stayed with them

The stay was phenomenal. I enjoyed every aspect of it regarding the room size, comfort, location and staff. The closeness to Old Town Pasadena and all of the shops on Colorado Blvd make this a great location to hang out and plan sightseeing.
Parking is expensive and there are no microwaves anywhere anymore and room service was not available. But other delivery services, such as doordash or postmates (etc) make up for that, I suppose.

This is a very nice business hotel. The lounge area was well appointed, and our room was large and very comfortable. Central location, beautiful views of town and the mountains. A lovely pool and good fitness area.
I was very disappointed to be charged for internet, when there was absolutely nothing indicating it wasn't free.

Prime location, convenient parking, spacious and clean rooms. Stayed here because of convenience to Rose Bowl event. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Westin quality means rooms were clean and have nice extras with plenty of space to spread out. Beds were very comfy and service first rate.
Short restaurant/bar hours eliminating bar service for a late night cocktial.

Close to Colorado Blvd and all the Restaurants. Great pool.
Cannot wait for restrictions to be lifted for all of us that have been vaccinated. It is getting very old when the Governor and the CDC don’t Agree. So I was limited to the time I could spend at the pool. Silly!!!
