The room was a nice size with plenty of space to lay out our bags and a couch to sit on. Everything in the room was newly updated. The furnishings were nice and the bed was very comfortable for me (and my bad back). The AC was very efficient and cooled the room quickly when we returned from our excursions around the area. Check in was easy and quick. Everything worked well in the room (shower, toilet, sink, lights, electric outlets, seating, etc.) and it was very clean.

The sink area is a little tight, but not bad. The area to hang clothes is just a bar hanging on one end of the room, but it sufficed for our needs. They could have provided a couple extra towels for the sink area for hand drying and sopping up the counter.

Customer service-Mitesh is great and made me feel so welcome during my check in. I’ll be honest, I was very unsure after booking bc the phone number was disconnected and I couldn’t find a website, so I thought this must’ve been a scam. I kept calling and luckily this place existed. There’s ample parking, and the neighborhood felt safe. The room and bathroom were spacious, *clean!* and tidy. The shower pressure would’ve been an issue had I not read the reviews. I would stay here again but unfortunately the cigarette smell (discussed in the other section) was too much for me, so hopefully there’s a way to get the scent out asap.

This wasn’t really management’s fault because they have an anti-smoking policy, but my room smelled like cigarette. The room itself was clean and spacious but I couldn’t get over the smell which made it hard to sleep.

Clean, well-furnished room. Our particular room was next to a large trash pile, which wasn't ideal to walk out to, but the room itself and the grounds generally were contemporary, clean and well-kept. It's located in the heart of a business and shopping district and hard to imagine that whatever one was looking for couldn't be found. I'm talking from model train stores, casual and upscale dining to a high-end tattoo parlor.

We stayed in March so it was too cool to enjoy the pool because it is not heated. The previously mentioned trash pile was a bit of an eyesore, and the accompanying noise that goes with it was irritating, but I'm sure that was a non-issue for most of the other guests. The staff was businesslike and efficient.

Size of the room, comfortable bed, easy to park, we could easily change the room. 24-hour front desk.

No noise insulation from inside or outside, filthy bathroom door, tiny bathroom, sink and hairdryer in the room not in the bathroom, no hooks to hang towels, no shelf to put anything in the bathroom. In the first room we got, it was necessary to constantly press the turn-on button on the part of the hairdryer that is fixed to the wall to keep it on - very uncomfortable. Also, in this room there was no wardrobe or any hook to hang a coat.

Large room, comfortable bed and pillows, good size refrigerator, nice desk and chair. Loved the wood floor…so much more sanitary than carpet. Elevator worked well. Easy parking.

No place to hang clothes. No towel racks. Noisy neighbors. Only cold water in the sink during our stay. Shower was ice cold for the first 5 mintues, then finally hot water appeared. This place has lots of good things about it…if they can resolve these miscellaneous issues, it will be a great place to stay.

The room was clean and beds comfortable.

I was a little disappointed. I had booked 2 rooms back in June for an August date. All the other hotels I booked gave me the rooms next to each other. I would have thought booking that much in advance would not be a problem doing that. It wasn't the end of the world, but I was disappointed.

Usually when you book a low-cost accomodation you expect serious compromises. Here there were none. Room was large, tastefully furnished (comparable to Hilton Garden Inn), the bed and pillows were comfortable, shower pressure and fixtures were ecellent, and the room was spotlessly clean, flat-screen TV was large and quite new. Extra amenities included coffee and an exceptionally large mini-fridge. WiFi was fast and reliable. All the surprises were good ones

This is not really a complaint, just an odd experience. When I decided to stay an extra night, I decided to book directly to save the hotel the cost of the agency. The clerk was very helpful, but quoted a price that was $35 higher than the Booking.com price. I told her, and she said that there was nothing she could do. So right there at the desk I pulled out my phone and booked at the lower rate online. Seems odd since most properties prefer direct booking.

Good AC, big and clean room. Helpful staff. Lots of parking. Nearby (walking distance) from coffee, which was much appreciated.

I had an issue with Bookings.com where it cancelled my reservation for no reason. Then I tried to call the place directly to have them fix it but they couldn't do anything from their own interface. The place doesn't have a website so I ended up having to re-book through bookings. I found this very frustrating. Even when I showed up in person I couldn't just book through the staff, I had to do it through bookings.

location was good. there's a super market and a Walgreens very close. they hotel is under remodel (not disrupting). the first room we were put in was not finished remodeling. the carpet was horrible and smells. but! i complained and they put us in a completely remodeled room who's was beautiful! the space is nice and the bed and linens are fantastic.

being put into an unfinished old room. we tried airing it out but it still smelled. luckily they moved us after two nights.
