Room was clean enough, it was comfortable and the Ac worked

there was 2 roaches in the room the second day and when I called the front desk to ask for some bug spray, they couldn't provide it...which, having trouble killing roaches myself...it made it very stressful

The rooms were nicer and cleaner than expected based on past experiences with other Super 8 Motels in other cities. It was definitely the best value in the area considering the price and quality of the room.

The check in was very slow due to a new computer system that the employees didn't seem to be yet very knowledgeable in how to use it. They were in training, so really, it is hard to blame them.

Great location to explore LA. Pasadena is also worth the visit. Great value for money.

The room was very clean looking and clean smelling had everything we needed from working hairdryer ,iron and ironing board I ask for extra towels and was given them upon checking in the tv was a good comfortable bed ,comfy heater worked exceptional well a nice size mini frig and microwave. Pets were allowed

I seemed to have missed or they didn't even set up breakfast it had no sign of ever happening I had a terrible time trying to turn on shower had to go to front desk and ask for help luckily my partner woke up and by the time I returned with the clerk it was turned on for me the clerk did tell me that was being worked on . Also one of the bathroom lights was out the and in the morning since we were on the first floor room 107 it was noisy kids crying people talking loud while getting loaded into their car talking on their cell phones in front of our room the pets were better behave then people. And this was the first I paid so much for a pet other places only charged me $25.00 for my Mini Dachshund

It was very quiet, nice clean room, great staff very friendly and helpful. If you need a place to store your luggage after check out you can store it there as long as you don't have too much luggage.Storage is not overnight. Check in was quick.

I was under the impression breakfast was with hot food. Not so great. I didn't like the fact that the room only had blinds and no curtains if you open the blinds for natural light anyone passing bycan see straight in your room.

This is by far the best place we stayed at during our two week vacation. This is not your typical Super 8. The room was large, well furnished, and the bathroom was fabulous! Staff here from check in to check out were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner suggestion of asian restaurant next door was awesome

Nothing that motel can control. Motel was challenge to navigate to using Tom Tom.

The night we arrived, the property looked exactly like the images provided on Booking.com. It’s a clean, quiet (at least the night we stayed) and a satisfying view of the mountains (because from the third floor, they looked 😍 🤩 😍). The property offers free parking, coffee or maybe some breakfast in the morning, their restrooms are very clean-almost looks like they remodeled-the shower head was soothing! The room we got has a king size bed that did it’s job and was clean. Extra features such as the iron and ironing board, very good lighting with their lighting mirror, space provided in restroom for the use of them. The refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave were useful. Their television features various channels for all types of viewers through cable.

I don’t think we experienced anything that was not up to par. We got there pretty late and the next day we had until 11:00 to leave, a reasonable time.

My room (#302) appeared to be newly remodeled. It was nice and clean. Brand new bathroom with stylish decor. Very quiet area, So rest was abundant! The stay was enjoyable and so was the swimming pool!

However the "small" things really matter. And the attention to detail will make all the difference. With that being said. The room was nice & new but the microwave was about 20 years old. The iron is cheap and did not heat properly, also the iron board was broken. The Blinds needed a good wiping. But other than those small few details. The room was nice.

the place is absolutely clean top to bottom. pleasant and welcoming. the desk staff welcoming and inviting. They truly wanted you to come and stay and enjoy your visit.

the one knock I will give is the location. It is hidden tucked away on a very busy street and their signage is limited by city ordinance. Additionally - if you don/t know where it is exactly,, you will drive right past it in a blink of an eye. It is sandwiched between another hotel and Commerical property. Also exiting the property - can be dangerous because of cars parked on the street creating a blind spot where you can't see on coming traffic. Again, not the fault of the property-= just the way the area is built out.

I liked that in the morning you can eat food down in lobby , very basic items , like oatmeal packets and yogurt / or an apple coffee , hot chocolate, tea

the front desk , the small lady black hair 4’10 last time - never smiled or was nice , next time the Asian guy didn’t smile or greet me at check in / seemed like he wanted to fight , and this time the tall white guy never smiled or was friendly plus wasn’t working he was read a book and watching tv , this place needs a staff upgrade
