I loved this property and would gladly stay again. I found the bed comfortable and everyone we stayed with said the pillows were heavenly! (We were a party of 6 staying in 3 separate rooms.) Normally I'm not able to sleep in a hotel, but I was comfortable and, most importantly, the hotel was super quiet, so I slept great! I like white noise when I sleep, and appreciated that the a/c had a 'constant fan' option to keep noise going all night. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Staff was friendly. Plenty of yummy breakfast options! Overall we were highly satisfied with this hotel. :)

The room was very quiet! No street noise nor neighbors could be heard.

The “to go” brown bag breakfast was heavy on sugar and carbs. Not my thing. Some savory protein in the AM is nice.

Super silent mini refrigerator with separate freezer section, comfortable bed, Clean room and linens. The hotel was full and I did not hear any plumbing or flush noise from neighboring rooms, or any footsteps or human voices for that matter.

As a light sleeper I heard all the traffic running through the road that passes in front of the hotel. The AC makes the standard noise as any other in 99% of the hotels and motels in the US. I don't ever like the unhealthy menu of Best Western (continental) breakfast, which has been standardized all over the country. I didn't need one but, just so you know, they do not have microwaves in the rooms, however the guests can use the one at the Lobby.

Coffee in the room was OK. Shower was excellent. Clean sheets and towels were appreciated. All four pillows and the bed were comfortable. I loved the paintings on the wall and variety of lights/lamps. Plenty of outlets in the room, too. Very convenient.

Room temperature was too high. However,I could adjust it and got a good rest. There was noise from the street, but not overwhelming. Coffee served at the breakfast was almost undrinkable. However, having Nutella made my morning.:-)

Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was close to shopping and convenient from the freeway.

I am not a coffee drinker, a tea drinker. I had no way to make tea in my room. It was quite cold outside and to get hot water I had to go to the lobby and then carry hot water upstairs with no lid. Also I am not a young person. The stairs were a little scary as they were open stairs and hand rail only on one side at the top stairs. Heat was efficient, but noisy, had to turn it off to sleep.

head managment could do better. we asked for a late checkout on a Sunday and we got an hr instead of little more (my wife was sick in the room) but they wanted me to pay for another night for an extra hr. desk representative was very nice and she did her best but she is not the one who calls the shots. location is not also very best (little ghetto vibes) but that’s why the price is not bad (also I got extra %20 discount as booking level 3 member).

The cleanliness!!! The room space and setup. It was a comfortable and quiet.

The biggest complaint:. BREAKFAST ROOM opens Much Too LATE. 6 AM Would be ideal like many other places. I met 4 other guests complaining about the same thing. In the future I must stay elsewhere. I chose that location for the morning breakfast but could not use because I needed to leave before the late 7am opening☹️☹️☹️ Hopefully others will comment on the late opening so the time will be changed.

Clean, bed is comfortable, WiFi is fast, and blackout curtains work well. Overall, pretty happy with the room and condition of things.

Would be better if the room had a microwave. Also, a weird incident occurred, where I left the room for about 2 hours in the morning to run an errand and came back 2 hours before checkout and the room’s curtains were wide open, the window was slightly ajar, and the light I left on by the bed was turned off. I think it was probably the cleaning lady airing out the room in preparation for checkout but nothing else was cleaned and I hadn’t checked out yet so I thought that was pretty weird and was glad I didn’t leave anything in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, and the beds were actually pretty comfortable. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast they served. A good selection of cereal, muffins, waffles, pancakes, and much more. I enjoyed my stay there.

The only downside to the room was that the lighting was not the best. Other than that, can't say anything bad about it.

It's a great place to stay for a night, especially on a budget. Great staff, nice room and convenient location.

Just a minor issue: the floors are a little dusty. I noticed my socks were getting dusty when I walked around. Maybe a little shampoo cleaning would be good for the hotel. Other than that, it's a good hotel
