Our first room had a sewage issue with a perpetual smell, so when we asked to either fix or change the room during the 2nd night, we were able to change rooms by the next morning, which we appreciated! Location was great too.

The outside is definitely motel vibes, but the rooms itself look like a hotel inside - a bit misleading by the accomodation name with initial impressions but the interior was spectacular!

Loved the firm mattress, good- sized mini fridge and microwave, clean and spacious well lit bathroom, comfortable dining nook, very effective black-out curtains, spacious and well organized modular drawers and closet, free parking, and hotel locale.

The lighting was too bright and harsh- would benefit from warmer tone lighting, especially the bed-side lights. The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower, while convenient, needed A LOT of pumps to get enough out to use. I should have brought more of my own. The room would also benefit from a full-length mirror.

Renovated room, clean, and spacious, very comfortable beds. Very good lighting in the room and bathroom (usually some hotels keep it dark)

Just missed a few basic things like towel hangers, suitcase stand and better toiletries, but overall was good.

mostly everything about it was fine and good enough for my stay the rooms was clean bed sheets n cover was clean the bathroom was also, just need to keep shower pumps filled and the pictures look exactly as the room.

no freezer in the fridge ice cream melted 😭

I like how the rooms are decorated and how clean they are.

I didn’t like how high the door is from the floor. There’s like a 5 inch gap between the two. I could hear everything outside of my room clearly. Not really the quietest.

Good location, convenient stores & food places near by, easy parking, simple fast check in/out, rooms look very modern, clean, friendly staff. 20 min away from Universal Studios. Better than I expected.

Upgraded interior, especially the bathroom … clean, modern look and feel inside the room with plenty of space to move around the furniture … I liked having a large countertop in the bathroom and a giant walk-in shower … the TV and internet worked well … having a fridge Is always nice and this one worked well

I think more attention to detail could be paid when cleaning the bathroom. I noticed a few hairs on the floor and on the countertop

First Impressions were great, we got there around 6pm, most guests were checked in already and we had seen that the parking lot was full. They have a strong fair policy that states there should only be one vehicle per room if you brought a second vehicle you would have to pay for a parking permit. The beds were the best comfort for me and my wife. The room was creative and spacious. Very clean and the showers are large. The TV was great and also featured DirectTV as a service.

The only complaint I would have is the parking. That’s the only thing that I could think that sort of was weird. We went with the flow with staff and other guests to make the best of the parking situation and it all worked out in the end

Once you’re in the room you don’t feel like you’re in an old 60s hotel. I felt like I was in a world class hip hotel you’d pay $$$ for. The space concept was cool but the decor was just hip to me. Room was very clean.

I can’t think of one thing, from beginning to end, that I didn’t like.

the management was extremely nice and understanding, love this place 100% recommend it to everyone who comes across this place.
