Room/shower/bathroom are pretty nice. Breakfast self service was good rxcept for the 20 minues or so for the pancake machine to get up to temperature. I took a long walk along Colordo in the evening - its a rather run down area - but felt safe to me & few other people out walking,

Bringing luggage from the car park tp the hotel is a bind. The door adjacent to reception was locked/key access when I rrived after at 4:00 PM a sign adjacent says after 7:30. Also there are steps which are awkward. The door close to the pool was open apparently, but is not signed from the car park - and is also awkward with steps. The 'Front Door' is way further and not signed from the car park. I think a $10 charge for a guest to park a car is a bit excessive. The car park is hardly 'secure' and there is no paucity of space!

We stayed here while visiting universal studios and the Griffith observatory and found the location to be great value vs staying nearer to universal city. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the room only having one bed when we arrived but they quickly changed us to one with two as per the booking. Breakfast was typical American style, provided great choices and the pancakes and biscuits were lovely.

This was the BEST free continental breakfast I’ve ever seen! They had so much food compared to other places I’ve stayed. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, omelets, cereal, pancakes, bagels, toast, muffins, bacon, sausage. The rooms were very clean and the location was near a great taco spot. The pool was great for hanging our or doing a few laps. I will 100% stay here again

The staff, each and everyone, from very welcoming to the excellent housekeepers, was wonderful. Every interaction was thoughtful and efficient. The room was very clean. Not one hair or smudge left behind. They had the best hotel breakfast by far, of all the hotels Ive stayed at in the past 6months as a travel nurse in LA County. The pool and hot tub were clean as well. Also, their mini gym worked out quite nicely. There's great restaurants and a shopping area close by. I even got a mini mani/pedi next to the hotel. The ladies there are excellent. I will definitely be returning, especially if they have a special for long term business stays.

Its not the hotels fault, but someone's truck was stolen. However, the police were able to recover it and the owners rented a car to go pick it up 2 hours away, because of the great surveillance cameras all around the hotels parking areas.

Breakfast was great. Location clean and well located. Room in perfect condition. I would definitely stay here again. I travelled with my wife for our daugther´s hooding ceremony and everything went well, starting certainly with a perfect and energizing breakfast ! Well done fellows.

I felt comfortable ..parking was only $10 , theirs Wi-Fi in the bedrooms, free breakfast in the morning from 7am to 11am ..Ac felt good in the rooms..free coffe all day

I don’t like the lighting in the rooms it’s to dark ..but the restroom mirror lights were great and bright to do your makeup ..

new rooms are nice and clean . the free breakfast has good options . it’s also next to a really good sushi restaurant and massage place, also a nail salon.

the only issue we had was one of the staff that was there when we checked in wasn’t friendly , I wish I could’ve caught her name but the rest of the staff was awesome !!

The room was comfortable and the bathroom is bigger than I expected. The Covid measures are actually very good and the breakfast was really helpful. The Wi-Fi was very good as well. If you are looking for a hotel where you are just going to sleep this is a good option.

The location is not the best one because you must move in car or taxi to arrive to places, it seems that is close to old Pasadena, and its in the main street but you can't walk so if you are going there looking for a tourism experience I think is better to spend a little bit more and stay closer to the tourism places.

Good but would have been nice to have breakfast potatoes or some kind of hash brown. I had eggs and omelettes which were both tasty, but then there were around 3 or 4 different types of meat/sausage/etc. I don’t eat meat and neither do a lot of Californians. Otherwise good varied selection.

Coffee was quite weak. Would also be nice to have a non dairy creamer option.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast option excellent. Quiet at night.

The shower sucked. The water pressure was questionable, and the fixture its self was too high to reach, let alone adjust. Also was missing a pillow from bed on the third night stay. Let front desk know it was missing, and didn't want them to think I took it.
