I decided to stay here after reading the reviews. I checked in at 2am arriving from Chicago. My room keys were ready. I was able to go straight to my room without delay. My room was close to the desk on first floor as requested. My room was very clean and comfortable. Nothing like the bad reviews I would stay again. Overall a big beautiful hotel.

Well the hotel is so big that parking is a bit of a walk but free. The pool is far probably from any room. But it is open clean and being monitored by staff. So that's a plus considering how many kids running around. I didn't go to breakfast or anything so I have no comments but it was offered.

Welcoming

Garbage overflowing in lobby no dining room options for Christmas or Christmas Eve. 3 dining rooms and no food options. Disappointed. Asked for room away from the elevator and away from the hustle and bustle of being by the elevator. Was put in room next to the elevator and not were I had requested. Front staff was great. Bathtub kept dripping all day after we showered. Lamp shades broken and hanging. Scuffed up furniture. Not too inviting for new guest. Says room service was a option clearly wasn't.

Good location and nice workout facility. The rooms were pretty good although not to the level of excellence I've seen at other Crowne Plazas around the world. The price was decent but I was expecting more upscale

My room was not cleaned on the second day. I was traveling alone so had enough towels, but needed to make the trip to the front desk to beg some more coffee for the room.

We had a helpful interaction with the night clerk, who brought extra coffee to our room! It was quiet, we had a lovely view, and our room was spotlessly clean.

The place is sprawling! We never did find the pool/fitness center. We got lost looking for the parking ramp. Maybe more signage? There's a couple little things in room 2003: the wall art is damaged and the middle drawer pulls are upside down. Most places we stay have a free breakfast, so we missed that.

Our room was at the end of the building. Not near any exit. very little foot traffic. In addition, I think the room was soundproofed. I was given that room even with out asking. Bed and pillows were super plush and comfy. I slept very well. We were there on Monday and Tuesday. I think there was a conference going on. But I don’t think many people stayed at this hotel. I’m guessing most of the attendees were local. Internet was fast and strong. I watched some Netflix and surfed without problems. We didn’t do any uploads or downloading and did not check the speed. No need to. I recommend you try the restaurant. We ordered a shrimp dish. Being this far from an ocean, I was surprised how large and fresh tasting the shrimp were. I go to coastal Mexico frequently. So I am used to the best seafood. I was not disappointed with my “Minnesota shrimp”.

The only negative I can remember is that my toilet seat needed replacement. But the desk staff was very courteous about and had it replaced promptly. Room was very clean. I noticed the hallway outside the room needed a little TLC.

The lady who checked me in could use a little more training on customer service. I had my dog with me so I had asked for a lower level room if available. When I arrived and found out I was on the 4th floor, I simply asked if there was an elevator close to my room( my dog is 14 years old and can’t hold his bladder as long as he could before). The lady was pretty rude and looked at me like I was dumb and gave me directions to the elevator and handed me my key. She had no personality, no smile, didn’t seem like she really wanted to be there.

Room was nice. Temperature in the room was easy to adjust to my preference. The fan was quite.

Parking location is too far away from the entrance and the options were inconvenient. The drop off area was to small for checking in and leaving my bag there while parking was not an option I recognized. It is or was understaffed in the restaurant and main desk. The ice machines on two floors were not working.

very unique, great quiet location. Had a resort feel. We have been staying in a different hotel for 10 weeks for travel basketball. Best staff, I will say it again the best staff. From front desk to house keeping to breakfast. Best hotel breakfast EVER.

My stay was as good as it could be under the pandemic circumstances, maybe better! The hotel was very clean and safe, and the staff and premises took all the care they could to make my stay comfortable and covid-free. I had a good meal, and John the bartender was very attentive with appropriate but hospitable distance. I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza in Plymouth to stay during the pandemic!

The pandemic is terrible, and the hotel is understandably and appropriately short staffed. Therefor, some services and amenities were not available, and I had to make some of my own accommodations.
