The property was very clean, the staff was friendly and in a wonderful location! It seemed like we were only 8-15 minutes away from everything by car!

I didn’t like that I wasn’t informed there wouldn’t be “cleaning staff services” to our room each day. Every day after returning from a long day of exploring we came back to a “dirty” room and had to empty our trash and go to the front desk to get fresh towels and toiletries. If I would have been informed, I wouldn’t have been expecting to come back to a “fresh room” with the bed made, trash emptied, etc.

I liked the gentleman at the front desk. He was very friendly and gave me all of the information that l would need for my stay

At 5:15 am, l left for work. l noticed that the lights in the parking lot were off. It was very dark and difficult to not trip as l walked to my car

The hotel is very nice super clean and the staff really friendly. The rooms are nice and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast is basic but it’s good. Great service will stay again

I very much liked the suite with the jacuzzi tub. I really appreciated how the front desk let me know when I checked in what to do if the tub wasn’t working properly. It was a simple fix that I appreciated knowing ahead of time. Very professional staff. I liked the seating areas for breakfast. There was a very nice patio outside. And I liked that I got most of what I wanted for breakfast options. A hot breakfast with good options is hard to find.

The breakfast serving area was kinda small. Galley kitchen style which I personally don’t like because you feel like you are always on top of other people. The orange juice in the machine was basically water which was unpleasant. And it would’ve been nice if there was someone actually at the little coffee bar they had during breakfast making specialty coffee.

Very polite staff and clean property. Close to the excellent Good Day cafe. Good mattresses. Easy access. Quiet even with a lot of people. Handicapped room was excellent for me, with my very bad knees.

Staff changed the name on my reservation to my husband's when I stepped aside to go to the restroom. Sometimes that creates a glitch with booking.com for the client (I know it has no effect on the hotel because they have already been paid ) it's a very small thing on an otherwise excellent experience, and I am sure the staff is not aware of the consequences to the client on the "booking" side.

Our receptionist was phenomenal. He was friendly and funny. Took care of us very quickly and made us laugh. Breakfast was always fresh and ready to go. My sister has back and foot issues, so making sure she was able to get into and out of the room and bathroom and no stairs was a must. They took care of all of that for us. Beds were clean and comfortable. We were all very comfortable

Really the only thing I didn't like... Was the coffee. Price was a little higher than I was expecting but with baseball games and basketball games going on. It was foreseeable.

We were cheerfully greeted by the front desk officer when we arrived. He upgraded us to a King Suite room and glad that they are a non-smoking facility. The hotel has daily complimentary drinks - we got wine and beer and thanks for the free cheese. Though, the breakfast is same everyday but you can mix match your food so it is fine. This was a good decision I made in choosing the hotel in Minneapolis. Overall, the hotel is newly constructed, very clean, safe and all the staff are very nice. Thanks, Ramada for the very good experience in your hotel.

Have stayed here before and this is my go-to place for Minneapolis now. The location is great - right next to lots of restaurants, etc., and not too far from convenience stores, banks and Downtown. Hotel staff are amazing, super nice, always ready to help and full of smiles/personality. The guy checking me in was great - every time I went to the front desk for something, they were really attentive and so willing to assist. These guys really know what they’re doing! Room was great - height of the beds were perfect - soft and firm pillows and TV had quite a few channel options. Fridge and microwave came in handy - and loved how the room warmed up really quickly!

The heater was a tad noisy - but not a big deal overall. :)

The motel is a good value, and the price we paid for the room was less than the rate for many competitors in the area. It's located on a quiet frontage road, with easy access to I-394. A pedestrian bridge over 394 is about a block west of the motel, and allows for good access to the Cedar Lake Trail via quiet side streets to the south of 394. I ended up bicycling to my conference in downtown Minneapolis from the motel -- an easy, safe 6 mile ride each way. The breakfast offerings were fine, our bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was super friendly. We'd stay here again.

Very minor quibble -- the elevator was a bit slow.

To be honest, I LOVE that the news on your tvs in lobby and breakfast area was NOT foxnews!! Waffles were good too!
