The Hotel had only been open 7 months when we visited in August. Everything looked sparkling and new. The room was big enough but not what I would call spacious. The bathroom was great, large counter & very nice, roomy shower. From this location, most restaurants & activities were within 2 miles, so we could walk to many of them. Alex, at the front desk was a delight.

You have to request that the room be cleaned during your stay. We ended up emptying our own trash & washing our drinking glasses each day. The also did not put enough coffee in the room for the length of the stay, meaning we had to go to the front desk & ask for replenishments. Not a big deal but I think a missed opportunity to provide better service. Also, the plus, plus on the bill was a surprise, our $134 per night turned into $180.

The bartender that was working was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The cook was friendly as well and not picky about when we came down to eat meals. I thought I saw a pool advertised but there isn't one at the moment, which that part kind of sucked but how great the rest of it was easily made it still worth the money.

Probably the parking situation, kind of inconvenient to drop off bags and park the car. Its a wide open paid parking lot behind the hotel which isn't bad but I also can see why it is this way with the location being downtown right next to the giant Jefferson Lines Station and parking ramp

Good place you pay $18 a day for parking though. They should tell you that when booking. It was clean and location was okay. I was there on business and a Twins game. You can walk to Target Field

Lots of homeless and shady people in the area. Walking around at night made you feel unsafe. I was asked for money a few times when trying to find a place to eat, So be careful as there are not a lot of people around and you will be one on one with the street hustlers.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is across the street from the Orpheum. Less than a five minute walk.

I was in a corner room nearest the street and a municipal parking garage. We could clearly hear every loud car that went by. The parking garage plays classical music 24/7 that was loud enough that we could hear it at all times.

The room was very comfortable and looked good, particularly for the price. The staff were also very keen to help.

There were a few teething problems as the hotel had just opened: there was no food, and the safety light in the bathroom made it difficult to sleep as there were glass doors to the bathroom.

The room is great and spacious. Love the modern design. My husband and I love the bathroom layout. Staff at the reception is helpful.

Just the hotel not having their own car parking area. Guests with their car need to use pay parking across the street.

How close it was to everything and the quality of the hotel! Would highly recommend!

There wasn’t a microwave in the king suite and no pool but other than that it was perfect.
