I believe mask wearing should be a personal choice, and not forced oto customers. I did not appreciate being forced to wear a mask to and froe.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay. I live in the city so I was there for a short getaway. Staff was nice. Covid closed bars and restaurants but that was ok. Location is perfect for getting some shopping done and if you know MN then you know our skyways make it easy to get around without going outside in the cold. You can get to many stores and shops via the skyway (Walgreens, Starbucks, Target, IDS Center, Bancorp center, parking, concert hall....etc, its very easy to get thru the skyway just follow directions. You're located on a very active public transportation spot but its safe and building has security. If the outside was open, you'd be by all the clubs and bars and restaurants. The decor is nice and modern and the bed was comfy with a normal hotel duvet. I really loved the heat control and it was amazing heat, anytime I was cold, it was a quick fix no shotty heat. Loved the large tv that can be turned to face the bed. Tons of light. Great city view on the 21st floor and the have 31 floors. I didn't need housekeeping services but you can request it due to covid they are not everyday but you can get fresh towels from staff. The bathroom was cute. I thought the shower door was weird to open outward right by the toilet but not a deal breaker. I LOVED the shampoo and conditioner, I want to take that home. The body wash has a unique eucalyptus and gingery smell that I didn't care for however it didn't linger on the body so it was acceptable. No microwave in the room but a fridge and coffee. Microwave is down stairs though.

Great location , was an easy walk to Target Field. Room was clean, it was a bit noisy, other guests don't have the courtesy sometimes. Was able to park close and it was reasonable. I would stay here again.
No coffee shops were open on Sunday.

The rooms are totally refurbished and comfortable. Super clean and nice. It was very well located, at the city center. The view from my room was lovely. The staff is very kind.
You need to pay for the internet unless you are a member, which thankfully my husband was.

The hotel is elegant with a perfect location and not expensive. It is only 10 minutes walking to Target Center. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service food options are very good. This should be our option if we return.
The only area for improvement are the pillows that are very soft.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Hotel location was convenient to all of the sports venues. Light rail system is a few blocks away and can be used to access the airport. There are many places to eat within a few blocks of the hotel and with plenty of shopping.
This has nothing to do with the hotel. You have to be aware of your surroundings due to the homeless. I didn't have any bad experiences while there but just be aware.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful in answering any question I had. Room was small but nicely updated.
Road construction in front of hotel is terrible!! Delayed up to 30-40 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic throughout day/night just to go several blocks to go to/from parking garage. Would not of stayed at hotel if knew construction was going on.

The rooms are HUGE and beautiful. Full of windows and views.
The property was fine however the parking was 48 dollars for 18 hours!!! The person at the front desk said it’s 24 a day but when we checked out somehow we were charged for 2 days. Our friends were only charged 16 dollars. We can’t get to the bottom of this issue.

Property has a great downtown location, walking distance to a some great restaurants as well as Target Field and some nightlife. Small but cute updated rooms with decent views. Staff was friendly, Kimberly at the front desk was more than helpful. Parking in the attached garage is $15/day with in/out privileges (instead of $26) if billed through the hotel.
Most of City Center shops have gone out of business at this point, I am an only assume partly due to COVID. Hotel bar and restaurant was also closed due to low occupancy (due to COVID). Hopefully business picks back up.
