Loved how clean and formal everyone was. Front desk people were very nice and communicated very well when having issues with parking. I really like that in order to get to a certain floor u have to use ur keyin the elevator

Parking was easy and accesable to the front desk. Handicap accessabilty was excellent. Staff was polite, helpful and professional. Especially GREAT was TOM who helped with everything from luggage to directions to accompaning me to the Lumbar Exchange next door. Thank you Tom. Very convenient for walking to restaurants and Nicollet Mall shops.

I know the room doors have to be fire proof, but they were extremely heavy and hard to open.

Honestly this hotel was amazing and the staff lovely. Room was very clean and hotel in general was very clean, beautifully decorated, brand new and calm. We needed the room to be cleaned in the middle of the day and they sent someone in less than 5 minutes who cleaned everything perfectly, changed the sheets, the towels, etc. The breakfast is great too, with a lot of options (croissant, pain au chocolat, all sorts of bread, fruits, eggs, turkey, bacon, yogurt, cereals, all types of milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.). There's a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood and we did not need to take a cab during the whole weekend. I will definitely be staying in this hotel again if I'm visiting Minneapolis.

We were charged for 2 bottles of water that were in the room and that we thought were complementary... not that big of a deal but kinda annoying.

Centrally located, secure

An extra roll of TP would have been nice. One never knows what ills a customer may have and thus, you should think about stocking an extra roll in the rooms. The cost to value ratio is positive, I assure you. Nothing like waking up and having to run down to the front desk for TP, because there’s literally 1 sheet left. Additionally, extra TP will also promote a more luxury feel to the hotel, IMO.

The property is well-maintained and I liked the lighting provided in my room. While not located in a particularly pretty part of Minneapolis, it is a great hotel to stay for a work trip. I was most impressed with the staff at the hotel - every person I encountered was friendly, warm, and really wanted to make sure I had everything I needed. Big shoutout to Connor and Nikki, as they definitely went above and beyond for me during my stay!

The floors in the guest rooms are not carpeted, and sound from other guests (especially in the hallway) seemed to travel quickly to me. Although my room was on the 9th floor, city, siren, and nightlife sounds were quite audible; this didn't bother me, but could be jarring to some.

The room/bathroom was as clean as a whistle. It had every amenity I could want at the price point as well. Parking was straightforward, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and location couldn't have been better for my purposes! Oh, and the shower was phenomenal!

Nothing stood out as needing drastic improvements. Our TV's firmware was out of date, so we had to wait a good while to use it, but that's being particularly nit-picky.

Love this hotel and location. Close ans convenient to what we come downtown to do.

I don't like that there is no free breakfast. Most places still offer free continental breakfast. And since they do not offer this we most likely will not return. You already pay for hotel, huge dollars to park, fees for all you do, a simple breakfast after a high dollar weekend is a breath of fresh air before we leave out. And our group avcomodates 8 or more rooms when we all go every few months. And we all agree we will pay a little more for cheaper parking and free breakfast two blocks up

The hotel location was great in terms of the distance to target field as well as many of our favorite restaurants. The front desk staff is also great about allowing us to have a late check out!

Breakfast looked like it was delicious but unfortunately the email we received from the hotel indicated that it was still a bagged breakfast. I got downstairs to pick up my bagged breakfast at the same time they closed the buffet. There was a miscommunication that they had changed over to the free buffet breakfast instead of a bagged one. The staff there was fantastic scrounging up a few things that were left from the buffet so I could bring them back to the room for myself and my husband.
