Rooms perfect. Staff great.

Terrible service in restaurant. They brought the wrong order to our table not once but twice and to 2 other tables as well were brought the wrong orders. One person then got her food 15 min b4 the other 3 of us. The severs were so confused because the waiter kept disappearing and they had no direction. There should be some serious revamping of their process for organizing tables etc We had no less than 5 different people bring us water coffee food toast etc and no one seemed to have a rhyme or reason. To what they were doing.

Loved the hotel, the location was great, and the staff was very friendly.

Not really anything I didn't like other then the parking garage wasn't the easiest to access

Lovely hotel, but downtown Minneapolis was dead on the weekend. Our bad for not realizing this when we booked. Otherwise great location within short walk of light rail stop and Mississippi River walkways.

Very few occupants in this downtown hotel on the weekend and many restaurants in area closed on the weekend. Next time I would save money and stay on one of the suburban hotels on the light rail line.

Great location for our purpose. Huge lobby, great Reno of an old bank. Wine storage was awesome! Loved the multitude of sitting areas in the lobby/bar/restaurant. Comfortable king room.

Room was on the small side. View was a wall of another building. No big deal really.

Most everyone was very nice and helpful

The breakfast on Sunday could have used improvement. I realize the lack of workers is a problem everywhere. It was close to an hour before we got our food. Needed more organization. But we were celebrating that weekend, so all was good. One lady at the desk at checkout on Monday was a bit harsh and impatient.

We enjoyed the comfortable beds, great location, great hotel bar and access to the parking ramp via skyway. We also really enjoyed having a pool and hot tub. Very cool, historic building as well

The bathroom door was awkward

Rooms were cozy, staff was excellent, amenities were great, and it was not noisy or full of children!

Paying for parking as I already spent lots of money on the hotel itself. But parking is part of the experience in the cities so I can’t really complain.

From the very beginning, when we met the valet, we knew it would be great; we loved the desk staff and went to our room -- spotless, large and comfortable. We turned heat down and snugged into those dreamy sheets on that great mattress. There's only one thing we wished for and that was a handicap roll-in shower.

Convenient parking. Love the historical building that was repurposed instead of torn down like so many others.

I have stayed here before, and the hotel could be 90% empty and they still give a room to a loud obnoxious party and put them right next to you. It happened again. To the staffs credit, they offered to kick them out.
