The apartment is very good and everything is available and if you need anything they will provide it. The staff who are working online always provide assistance. It is in the centre and near from all you need.

The apartment is very good , but the noise from outside in this area especially the ambulance during night time, bothers me.The windows need a thick blackout as the available one not prevent light totally from outside, especially during morning time.

The space, location, and overall quality were great. The description said furnished apartment, so I hoped there would be at least one pan and maybe a couple plates + glasses, but I was not expecting a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom; all new appliances, they even provided cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dishwashing tabs! The bed and sofa were very comfortable. I liked having a washing machine at our convenience to wash towels, pillowcases, etc as needed. With covid cases raging, we had to rely on homecooking for most of our meals and the pans + dishes came in very useful. Parking was expensive but super convenient and secure since the ramp connects directly to the building.

The bldg entry code on my confirmation did not work; we had to be let in by a resident who gave us the correct code for that week. Parking was pretty expensive, but it is downtown Mpls so it's to be expected. It would have been nice to have more tv channels. The living room chair was broken.

A good and comfortable stay, walking distance to the Convention Center

The only issue I had is troubles getting in. They sent few emails with instructions and I saved only the last one, which apparently did not have all the instructions, just the access codes. Anyway, that was sorted out. One more issue actually, the iron was not good enough.

The building is clean and well-appointed. The casting service to the TV worked fine, but the instructions say to use HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 must be used. It is fantastic to have washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen utensils provided were great, and there was even olive oil and coffee! There is a Trader Joe's not too far away, and I was able to make some meals for myself with good ingredients and save money that way. Very close to the Government Center Blue Line light rail stop.

There is a huge construction project going on across the street, and they start work very early, so it is loud. Plus the route seems to be a favorite for police cars and ambulances, so there are sirens all night long, apart from that, it is a very good place to stay. I do not recommend using the luggage storage closet, as it is really a supplies closet on the first floor that holds cleaning equipment, and there is no place to safely store your luggage after checkout.

great location. easy to check in. decorated with modern and stylish decor. bed is very comfortable. kitchen is equipped and convenient.

parking is way too expensive. the counters, table, etc were not wiped down and the first thing I did was clean the surfaces. the bathroom light switch had a smudge too which makes me think cleaning was not done thoroughly. this has not been an issue in the past.

Clean. Everything needed in place for dishing, washing and starting kits to cook with olive oil, salt and pepper. Loved the gym and rooftop terrace!

We were four people and there was nowhere to sit together for breakfast and dinner. Frying pan was in bad shape but really minor things.

My room is arranged too far away from elevator, didn’t provide a good location. Air conditioning in restroom is so loudly.

The property was fantastic with gym, BBQ area, rooftop deck with hot tub, lounge area. Very clean, comfortable and secure.

New, modern, spacious, comfortable and secure property close to great restaurants and activities. Loved the in-closet washer/dryer and thoughtful, functional touches like a power cord and powerful Wi-fi — perfect for digital nomads like us.

Floors could use a good steam clean but overall fine

The apartment was spotlessly clean. The layout was beautiful. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with high-quality appliances. The apartment had everything my family and I needed. The best place we've ever stayed at.
