My Stay at the Hyatt was wonderful. It is located in a great location and when I checked in I had a slight issue but it was resloved immediately by the staff and everyone was very friendly and informative. I can't remeber the General Managers name off hand but whatever his name is there is 2 employees with the same name and these guys were just good at there jobs and it was even a courtesy letter left on my door in case riots broke out during the trial. Speaking of trial i even got to meet the lead prosecuter at the Hotel. And I can't believe the price that I paid and the room was clean and comfortable. Only downside there was no breakfast besides muffins,cereral,fruit, and coffee and the gym was not open at the time (both are understandable). The next time I'm in town I will definetly be staying here again

I stumbled upon this hotel a few years ago. It has been my hotel I stay at every time I’m in the cities ever since. I recommend it to all my friends. The rooms are HUGE! I feel like I am rich every time I stay here. The parking is easy to access and the location makes it easy to get to wherever you want to go. I don’t know what criteria they use to hire staff, but they are doing a great job. All staff members from front desk to restaurant to cleaning have always been great to me.

On my most recent stay the air conditioner for the bed room was not working very strongly.

Location is perfect. Easy access to highway to get where your going. Rooms are huge! Perfect for a family. Hotel is VERY clean. Nice view from the room Staff was very friendly and helpful. Once inside hotel feels very safe!

The parking is a little high at $25 per day. We learned there was a cheaper lot just down the street. But most hotels in the city charge this price so it was expected. Also, no daily housekeeping but it may be because of the pandemic and lack of employees. Lastly, no microwave in room. Sad , because we couldn't hest up leftovers from a restaurant but later learned there is one downstairs in the dining area in the lobby. Still needs to have one in the rooms.

Size of room was ideal. Breakfast wax excellent. Staff there was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

Unfortunately the entrance area - street level - was not appealing nor did it seem safe. Waiting for the elevators caused some anxiety. The area was also not clean. Need to upgrade the computers at the business center. Could not access websites for email nor could we print boarding passes for flights.

The hotel staff were very polite. Quick check in and quick check out. The room was plenty spacious and comfortable. The room and quality of the hotel was definitely worth the price!

The parking garage was my least favorite thing. very small and felt like i was going to run into everything.

Great hotel with location to train, clean room and good selection of breakfast. Staff was friendly and so helpful.

The separate elevators to ground level was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal.

The room was good sized, the breakfast options were good, andnthe front desk really did their best to accommodate us.

The parking rules and procedures were NOT clearly explained at check-in, resulting in confusion and misunderstanding.

Breakfast was full and excellent. Room was ADA compliant and very very spacious. Hotel was conveniently located downtown and close to things I wanted to visit.

Upon arrival the receptionist (Angela) was very helpful answering all of my questions. I didn’t know where to park and how to enter the hotel. Angela directed me to the garage and explained the parking situation and validating the ticket. As for the breakfast, it exceeded my expectations. The taste was above your normal continental breakfast from other hotels. The staff are extremely helpful and available for emergencies. I’m going on my sixth day and so far so good.

A couple of ladies at the front desk was not as friendly as Angela. I had to speak to one of them several times before an acknowledgment. Maybe she was having a bad day.

The location was excellent for the price, the staff were very helpful and friendly and took care to be interested. It is connected directly to the skyway and has a convenience store at the bottom of the building. The breakfast was good and freshly cooked, with a change over of waffles or French toast each day as well as toast, bagels, cereal and freshly prepared fruit salad. Pool and hot tub, although we ran out of time to use it! They were happy to accept amazon deliveries for us

The hotel does not have "true AC" so we were unable to turn the heating down in our room, when outside temperatures rose- it has blown air heating which either runs over hot pipes in the winter or cold in the summer and currently the pipes are running hot water. As someone who is quite sensitive to heat and spending quite a lot if time in the hotel this was difficult The sitting area was dark as it had no windows ( as the bedroom) has the windows and the sitting are is between the bedroom and the corridor. So more lighting would be of great benefit ( even if it's a little card that offers an additional light if you want one.
