Your staff was extremely helpful, kind, caring. They took care of all my needs and more. Demi, Becky, Nathan, Jeanette, your kitchen person and everyone else in your staff deserves kudos for their hard work. I was very impressed with all of them. I have a service dog, Daisy Mae. Your staff welcomed her. They all knew her and loved her. She is a miniature dachshund. Not one person complained about her. She is very well trained. They all wanted to see her tricks. I asked Daisy who the boss is...she says " mama". She knows many tricks. Your staff enjoyed seeing them all. I so enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you to everyone. Had to ask for towels, trash bags, and new bed sheets. Stayed 5 nights. But had no problems getting it accomplished. Demi took care of it personally. Kudos to her. To all your staff.

it was all very easy to navigate through.
finding the exact main entrance was a little difficult. it’s very close to train tracks so you’d think it’s not near there but it’s literally RIGHT past them. if there was a more visible sign showing the entrance, that’d be nice.

The STAFF WAS AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the pool. The workout room was great. The breakfast was minimal, but Covid-great. Most hotels aren't serving anything, so we at least got a hot breakfast sandwich or cereal. Becky made our Anniversary very special... She even kinda saved the day (personal issue). Also we loved the complementary shampoo and conditioner bottles that weren't tiny. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was really good the first morning. The second morning they didn’t have much at all - that was a bummer. I guess their truck didn’t arrive.
I feel they should’ve had a plan B for breakfast - gotten food at a grocery store instead of not having much available.
