I was really impressed by the security in and out of the building/room. It was a digital lock that automatically locks after a few seconds away from the door. It requires a code to get in, so you don't need to keep track of a key. The neighborhood was great. Nice selection of restaurants nearby. But with a fully equipped kitchen, I was able to keep food in the apartment and cook for myself. There's a great grocery store only a four minute walk from the building. The apartment itself was very spacious, well furnished. I was there for just over a week, and it was perfect for getting some work done.
The parking situation wasn't great. But to be fair, the parking situation is just not great in Minneapolis. So, I'm not sure there's much to be done about that.

I really liked everything, especially shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer available as i forgot mine. Also having access to a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher was sensational. One of my colleague craked a wine glass so we left you two wine glass from the CBC (Craft beer conference) that we got from there. Even if Uptown is not what it was a few years ago (safe and happening) we enjoyed the groceries stores close by and the huge choices of restaurants around. Thank you for everything, i will warmly recommand and look for Sonder's property in the future. P.S. Is there any rewards points we can get from Sonder? That would be soooo nice. Sandra
The only little thing i would recommand improving is the quality of the mattress in the sofa-bed. It was bumpy and very not comfee. Or you change the mattress or you change the whole sofa for a new one. :o)

There are exceptional amenities: a 24/7 fitness room, club room with games and TV, outdoor spa and tea and coffee service in the lobby! very modern and upscale furnishings and well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Located above a Target and near several great restaurants, with conviennent paid parking in a lot or on the street.
No in/out parking in the garage.

Hot tub was not working! Would have rated 10/10 if it was working. Would have appreciated knowing parking was not included. We were able to park on the street, but would have liked garage but no in/out available.

Great location very convenient with multiple retail / restaurants within walking distance. The heating and facilities are very modern and ease of access is very high. Being above a Target store makes it even more convenient for last minute grocery / emergency supplies
there was no privacy for the bedroom as it is semi open from the top and all conversations in the living room can be heard in the bedroom and vice versa

I love the location, walking distance to various places. The facility was awesome. It had a room with a pool table which my husband loved. It was awesome that we could cook & not have to go out. It Is a place I could actually live in. LOVED IT!

It is an amazing location next to target, CVS, cub foods, the lakes,and all the popular bars. Quiet and clean and overall they are a very well run company. I highly suggest this property. The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on

Good functioning kitchen and laundry in apartment. Big bathroom.
Had to kitchen switches that kept going out; had to flip the breaker on them every morning. Bed too firm for my liking.

Awesome property in a great building. Perfectly laid out and cleaned, with a great kitchenette, and all the cutlery etc you could ask for. Comfy bed, and perfect location for what we needed.
