Breakfast was what I expect for the price
The building was under construction when I was there, which didn’t cause much problems, but the one elevator was congested when I was trying to check out when the workers were moving furniture.

I booked last minute because I was there for fathers eye surgery and didn’t know where I was going to stay. My dads eye surgery finished early in the morning and the supervisor there is was able to get us in to check in early. I couldn’t thank her enough! Was a first great experience and would recommend others to stay there!

Everything was fine with our stay. The fan in our room probably needs some maintenance - was really loud when the heat kicked in. We were in a room next to a family with children and could hear lots of noise through the wall.

The rooms did not have a way to shut out the lights from the parking lot. Only sheer curtains- NOT effective in having a solid nights sleep.

The staff was super friendly. The check-in was very hospitable and the staff behind the counters were super friendly. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting someone in St. Louis Park.

We had a suite with 2 TV's and the one was not working. Walked down to the front desk and the guy sent to fix it almost beat us back to the room! Very good service. Comfortable beds, roomy bathroom.
Better communication when making reservation. Not sure if this is the hotels fault or Booking.com. I understand and expected the pool and hot tub to be closed, but wasn't expecting no breakfast. That should be listed on the site. Extra $35 expenditure to go get breakfast. So... no pool, no hot tub, no breakfast BUT... no discount.

I was here because my son had surgery in Minneapolis. It was a great location just outside of the city,but not to far from the hospital. The hotel was great besides I found long black hair everywhere. There was even hair on the lampshade. My son had it on his clothes and even in the bath. I have blonde hair so it wasn’t me..otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

The AC connection in lamps were dangerous. One lamps two AC power sockets were completely lifted up out of their base. Someone could get electrocuted

Great value. Conveniently located. Felt we had plenty of space to relax in. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices ok under the circumstances, happy to have the hard boiled eggs. Glad to have breakfast items offered.
Pool and hot tub were still closed due to covid restrictions.
