We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who were quick to respond to our questions and our request for extra bedding! The breakfast is very good and they have a wide variety of items which was nice since we had little kids with us. We like the quiet location (minus freeway noise) and it's close to stores, restaurants and walking pathways.

One of the pools was closed which meant that the pool that was open was jam packed with people on the weekend and was so loud. We didn't use the pool/hot tub because of this which was a bummer for the kids! The other thing that would be a disappointment for people who like to watch TV is that there were very limited channels available. We asked the staff about this issue and they said the provider was having issues with the service so it was not something that the hotel itself was responsible for.

We had a couple off nights, where other guests were very loud while they stayed in the lobby area. The breakfast buffet was running out off food items, after having a lot off families staying there from Friday to Saturday. In our opinion food supply was not correct calculated?

My room was very clean and nicely appointed. The breakfast was tasty and had lots of options, even for someone like me who cannot eat dairy or gluten (they had eggs, sausage, oatmeal and fruit).

The only negative was that there happened to be a wind advisory that day and the windows were poorly insulated. This caused wind to whistle and howl through the windows, making it impossible to sleep. I put in ear plugs and could still hear it. I put in ear buds to play music and I could still hear it. Obviously you can’t control the wind, but they definitely could upgrade the insulation in the windows. I grew up in Minnesota and this is not the first wind advisory I’ve experienced. But these drafty and noisy windows were a first! Even later that same day at my dad’s condo, you couldn’t hear the wind indoors.

Close to highways & always on highways around Mpls. Decent ‘hotel’ breakfast. Something for everyone. Hotel is clean.

Rooms need maintenance. For example, Bathroom handle & robe hook falling off, & toilet is so low, must be very old. In second room air conditioner really loud & made it hard to sleep. Simple fixes would make a difference!

The property was in a good location, very clean and it had a nice restaurant attached to the hotel, the pool area was open at a nice time so the adults can enjoy the hot tub and kids as well. Breakfast was Excellent the young man preparing and cleaning the area on our weekend stay was very efficient and on time with making sure hot breakfast stayed out🥰.

I came from Chicago and we got in as a late check in room been booked for weeks why was I given a room with food underneath the sofa bed and the GM said “ well all I can do is give you $20 off your stay.” I just took it but I worked in hospitality for 3yrs and I know them rooms supposed to be checked throughly by the housekeeping supervisor after there finished with the rooms assigned for the day and by that being missed it’s not being done properly.

The breakfast was very good with many choices. The coffee was great with a variety of cream. The pillows were wonderful and did not give us a neck ache like so many other hotels.

The loose carpeting in the hallway on the 2nd floor is a tripping hazard. There aren't any towel hooks, only the one on the back of the bathroom door.

The location couldn't be more perfect. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was nice and spacious, good price.They upgraded us to a king suite, which was wonderful. Breakfast was really good and had plenty of fresh options. There are 2 separate pool areas. The attached restaurant was delicious. Will be making this our new go to for travel to the twin cities.

Dirty pillowcases and dried blood on the comforter. The staff were quick to apologize and bring us new,.clean bedding.

breakfast was excellent and available at 6 am when I needed it, loved the warm cookies available near check in the front desk clerk who checked me in was the best, he answered all of my questions before I even asked them and he was the epitome of courteous and helpful.

In the midst of tragedy, having no time to gather it all I was in the immediate need of a 2 week hotel reservation during the Thanksgiving weekend. Called the Country Inn & Suites, and they handled it within moments and kindly offered me early check in. I never would have thought at that moment it would have become my temporary home for 4 months. All the staff, were very kind, welcoming & treated me like family. They went above and beyond throughout my stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, it was my home for 4 months I was used to it being very quiet and it just took me a little getting used to again with everything being opened again.

Staff was very nice and professional. Room size was good. Breakfast was good. Location worked well and it was nice having the restaurant right next door when we didn't feel like going further.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, there was splashes on the wall and rings on the side table. When we arrived the halls smelled of old mop water or something. The next day it was gone. Need more pillows in the room. Two small for each person is not enough.
