Good location, good security, room provided for handicap was close. We stayed 2 nights ,the bed was very comfy, and made the next day. For the most part, it was a good value, and a fair place to stay.

The Cleaning staff needs to be taught how to clean. Our bathroom was dirty, from the toilet to floor. I asked for it to be cleaned, it was done guickly, but not a good job. The bathroom door acquired white splashes covering 1/2 way up the door. The soap provided, left a lot to be desired, and the kleenex box was empty. The 2nd day, after searching for a while, we found the TV Remote in the middle of the bed, UNDER the bedspread.

Giving Asteria is not a five-star by the usual check mark system i feel i need to applaud their staff and manager. I did a late booking because my car broke down and I needed a place to stay for the night. My friend and I arrived after 10 p.m. . The night manager was rather quiet and when he did talk He was very abrupt. But he did allow me to finish checking in even though I was a few dollars short of the $100 deposit. I am grateful for that. I met with the manager the next day and explained my situation and asked if I could leave my luggage with her until I resolved my car issue. She told me I could leave it for as long as 30-day if I needed to but keep her informed. I was able to resolve the issue within five days and retrieved my belongings from the hotel. I was very impressed with her willingness to help in my situation. In a similar situation at a different Motel a few years ago , they were not willing to let me leave my luggage and it made for resolving that issue much more difficult. Thank you Asteria, for your willingness to help me , I am very grateful

Because I stayed at the Asteria during covid-19 there were many safety precautions put into place. For instance there was no breakfast served although coffee was available 24 hours a day and the Perkins Restaurant is within a few feet of the Inns door so eating was not going to be a problem. They were down to a skeleton crew so maid service was by request. Astoria Inn is not rated as a 5-star in the traditional way of scoring but the staff is friendly and kind and went Above and Beyond, especially the manager in her willingness to help during my crisis. This alone is definitely five star material. Thank you so much.Asteria Inn for making my stay worry-free.

Rooms were clean staff very friendly and quiet. The only thing was it was such a beatiful night and we wanted to sit outside but there was no where to sit just the curb. We thought if they got some bench or table even couple chairs would have been nice.

The heater kept the room warm. The USB ports in the bedside lamps were helpful. It was great to have a desk and comfortable chair for it.

The water got very hot. I would have liked to have food onsite, but Perkins was really close so not a big problem.

Even when the hotel was at full capacity it wasn’t loud or dirty. Staff seem to do a good job keeping everyone happy and the housekeeping staff really do a great job.

Bathtub had no plug. King bed on the second floor seemed more comfortable than this one. Wonder if that one upstairs has a mattress topper on it or something. Anyway I can’t complain I guess I think they could really update the comforters it would really make things appear less tacky. Imagine white down comforters how that would give the rooms a fresh look.

Your not going to find a hotel with rates this good and still be in a great area and not be a filthy motel. This place is clean, has great beds, prime location. And literally the cheapest rates in the entire state. You can’t get any cheaper and the best part is your not sacrificing anything for that cheap rate.

Shower was a little dirty. Toilet could of been cleaner and blow dryer didn't work

Very friendly daytime staff member, Chris looked out for me and made sure I had everything I requested and needed for my stay. She was very attentive to her staff and customers.

The people walking loudly in the hallways during the day and especially at late night.

Everything is great at this motel. The price is really reasonable. Room is very clean.Managment is very polite.
