Hotel is right off the freeway. Has lots of green space, pool, breakfast options for most, water and coffee 24hrs. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our window looked as though someone had tried to open it forcefully and it was broken. Although there is a hot breakfast there was no dairy-free milk for cereal and there was no oatmeal so I was unable to eat anything other than an apple. Pool hours are limited, and there was no hot tub as pictured in the photos. The pet area is full of dog poop from irresponsible pet parents, which was not fun for me or my dog. I believe bags (had my own)AND a garbage can was provided. So if you have a pet, pick up after then for goodness sakes! It's not the hotel staff's responsibility.

Bobbi, our front office lady was exceptional! She treated our team and parents like family. She went above and beyond with all the little things, towels, directions to and from our facilities, which restaurants, gas stations, were the best to go to. Her knowledgeable and gracious attitude towards everyone she came into contact with didn't go unnoticed.

The things that could have been better where cleaning out the rooms, the bathroom grout needs to be scrubbed around the showers, the curtain rods where broke off and there where spots near the air conditioner where the carpet was wet.

The hotel staff were AMAZING and made sure we were able to be in a decent room. Also the breakfast was hot and the staff made sure the tables stayed clean in between guests. Mahendra, Bran, and the lady with glasses were SUPER helpful. They were pleasant in the morning and were very helpful with places to eat in the area.

The only issue we had was a group of loud teenagers in the hall but the management handled it super quickly which was a plus. The hotel in general was a nice stay and the location off the highway made it even better

The room was updated and stylish and clean. The pool was nice and warm and clean Staff was very helpful and courteous The breakfast was amazing. Huge selection all well cooked; Best breakfast selection ive seen at a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone and will return in the future :). Also, Close by the highway and only 5 min away from restaurants and gas stations.

The lobby elevator button stopped working and they Couldn't figure it out. But the staff was helpful enough to run to the second floor and send the elevator down to me as many times as I needed. Very nice people.

It was clean, quiet, close to restaurants & stores. Right off the highway, easy to find. But you don't hear the noise. The room had all the necessary amenities. The water pressure in the shower was very nice. The television had a decent amount of cable channels, a nice size screen. free hot breakfast although we didn't take advantage of it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Lighted mirror at sink. Very clean room.

Shower took a little while to warm up and the way the shower door opened made it difficult to get the shower turned on. Also there was no bathroom door. Not too big of an issue since I was traveling solo but would not have been happy about this if traveling with company.

The neighborhood is quiet. The staff are always present and efficient. The place is clean. The rooms are clean. The other guests are quiet. The breakfast is good. Parking is plenty.

In previous stays, the other guests were very loud and the shower pressure/temperature were all wrong. However, both have been corrected since. There is also now a specific policy concerning loud guests.

I like the breakfast and night shift receptionist is the best and helper as well.

Language part. Most of the rooms service and room cleaning they don't speak English. You need to hire more English speakers. So they can understand with the customers.

Mariah at the desk was perfect for the job. Cecilia handling the breakfast was perfect for the job. The breakfast options exceeded expectations. Housekeeping lady was very polite and fast.

One lady who was working at the desk/main entrance. She walked around with an attitude, very poor communication energy.

We have stayed here 3 different times. The last time we got a double bed room. We will be getting a suite always from now on. Just because it’s nice having the kids in their own room. Miriya ( not sure of spelling) was awesome! The breakfast is good. But the employees are the best! We’re going to stay there when we go to the cities.

The hot breakfast items could be better.
