It's the second time I book this hotel, primarily for the location very close to the company where I work during my stay. But overall, I know what I get: friendly staff, quick check-in, super clean bathrooms/shower (very important to me), the ability to tune A/C or heating to my personal comfort temperature in the room (spacious, clean and comfortable) and a very decent breakfast buffet. The free WiFi works also spotless even with a VPN to my company servers to retrieve documents (I had not always the same quality in other hotels). As I work quite long shifts I don't use much of the other equipements such as pool or gym. Thanks to the desk for helping me out quickly with the tools needed to open my defect luggage lock.
Suggestion for improvement (not a complaint): A kind of "expresso" coffee machine would be awesome... as a european, I appreciate smaller cups of coffee with a bit stronger taste.

Nicely maintained hotel near the NCLEX testing center. There was an issue after I checked into my room and the front desk immediately put me in another room no questions asked. Breakfast was good with an omelette, sausage and coffee and the fitness center is clean and more than adequate. Free parking. Nice linens, newer carpet, decent air flow in rooms and hot shower with good water pressure and pleasant smelling bath products. Thank you!

Really liked the breakfasts made, because they had everything I liked to eat and it tasted great. So, helpful to be able to start my day without any fuss, have a good hot meal and in a friendly environment. An then to go to a family members High School graduation party in Brooklyn Park. Excellent, Friendly and Very Professional staff.

It was a very quiet neighborhood overall and easy to get to regardless of the time of day. The staff was always present and pleasant. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was beautiful, well lit, and the walk-in shower with glass doors was gorgeous.
The other guests were very loud whether it be walking through the hallway, in the common areas, or in their own rooms. We heard them at all hours of the night talking, laughing, and with their TV's turned up.

Everything, the staff was super nice. The room was super clean and cool not like other hotels It was more spacious and we had what we needed as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. TV had a lot of channels to watch
The only thing I did not like was the $50 deposit per week I was not aware of that when we booked, but it is fair. I just would of liked it if I was made aware before we arrived and not right before we paid.

The property was cookie cutter, which is what we wanted. We were passing through and needed an nice spot that we could trust. The highlight of this hotel was the staff. Everyone was super happy and kind. Great work!
As a family passing through we value a good pool. This one was cold and didn’t have anything special, which is fine. Our 3 year old had a blast, but a hot tube would have been a nice bonus.

On my first morning, the breakfast wasn't ready when I went to eat around 7:15am. Since I had a time-line to get to work, breakfast wasn't an option on that day. As a result, to avoid a repeat occurrence, I made plans to buy the rest of my breakfasts off site.

I really liked this hotel. I thought it was really clean, and I was really impressed with how updated it was. The front desk worker was so nice. I was very comfortable and felt safe during my stay. I also enjoyed my breakfast as well! I will be in town again in a couple of months, and I'm planning to come back here for my stay.

I loved how clean the room was, and the staff was VERY helpful.
The pillows were loud, it was like a cover was over them but anytime you'd move it was "crunching' in my ear. The blankets were soft, so I would have loved to have that same experience for the pillows.

handicapped parking was covered with ice and snow making it difficult for a member of our group to get in and out of vehicle. American and state flags were torn.
