We loved the overall experience. When we arrived at Home2 Suites, walking into the Lobby and being greeted by the staff and how they made us feel welcomed really made a huge impression on my family and I. We enjoyed our suite, the room was great and the beds were comfortable. I loved that little touch they added to the room when we went in and got settled. Thank you Cherisia (I hope I spelled your name right. If not, forgive me) and the rest of the staff. Oh yeah, breakfast was great too.

I didn't like the fact we were there for only a day. Next time we're in town we'll Definitely be coming back Home2 Suites 😉

Home2 Suites SFO was Amazing! It is in a good, safe location near the airport. This Hotel was modern, super clean, spacious with nice Lobby area with lots of comfy sofas. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were nice. We loved our 2 bed suite, it had lots of cabinet space, and double dressers for setting up personal belongings. The suite was perfect with kitchen area and freezer and fridge. We definitely felt at home. The bathroom was clean and the Shampoo, conditioner and lotions smelled good! I will definitely book again in any city we travel to. Hot Breakfast was good too with nice selection.

We needed a one bedroom suite near the airport in order to attend a Zoom conference the night before flying home. This hotel fit the bill. The room was big, spacious, and well appointed. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. The hotel has a decent gym.

It’s an airport hotel in an industrial park far from everything, yet they make you pay $27 a night for parking. Since the only way to get there is by car,this seems unfair – especially because they do not have a shuttle for the airport. The day we were there, there was a sign in the lobby saying that there going to be no Internet the day we left. If this had happened the night we were there, we would have paid a lot of money for a room we couldn’t use.

Location and clean

TOO MUCH AUTOMATION had to put the door key card in a slot to turn on the lights. Of course we didn’t know that ahead of time. The clock didn’t work, probably would’ve if we had known how to make it work window blind didn’t work, sun shown on in morning. Had a difficult time figuring out how the shower worked. AC would not work as we desired. The wall thermostat didn’t give us what we desired. Suggestion: go back to standard controls that people understand.. I am in Hilton Honors and like Hilton but I am rethinking booking into newer Hilton Hotels

I have stayed at this hotel Many times is the best hotel in the location Always clean friendly staff I love the coffee always fresh and they are very helpful The staff is amazing from front desk to housekeeping They have water and ice available I love this place haven’t had a bad review ever hopefully it stays this way Comfortable to sleep no noise I rate it a 10+

Very clean, convenient location.

We were charged $27.00 for parking which was not disclosed when booking. I would expect this from a hotel in San Francisco proper where parking is limited and it is closer to activities, dining and other attractions. We checked our AARP membership on arrival and it stated that parking was free at Home2Suites with membership but that was not the case. I dont like hidden charges. Your rate should include any additional cost for parking rather than surprising your guests with this charge at check-in.

Bigger room compared with the other hotel. Nice Holiday decorations at the lobby.

I booked 2 rooms.The smell in our room is off. Smells like a cleaning materials or like a dirty smelly carpet rugs. The other rooms with 2 queen bed is okay big room clean and no issue with the smell. The other thing I got frustrated during our stay was when it took almost 2 hours for our request of extra pillow and blanket to be delivered in our room. Keep calling them to follow up but no one answering my almost 6-8x calls. Keeps ringing. Been waiting.Its been past 12 am but no one delivered our request.When my husband went downstairs to follow up and get personally the extra pillows and blanket he noted 2 asian/ filipino staff was at the desk lobby sitting not busy but why they are not answering our follow up calls?

Loved the room and kitchen amenities, cleanliness, easy access to the airport and the city by the highway. Breakfast was fine.

Staff was not very cooperative, access cards kept demagnetizing (3 times in two days ...), rooms were not ready on time at check-in, no possibility to late check-out (1pm instead of 12 pm, come on ...). Been told that normal check-out is 12 pm, cleaning squad arrives at 11 pm ...

The room was spacious and appointed well - newly redesigned it seemed. Bed was nice, continuous fan available on thermostat (more hotels need to be aware of this being available for sleep aids) Breakfast was not great. Seemed mostly frozen overly processed. Gym was good and we used it- not too busy. Large lobby if you wanted to work or have a snack and tv.

Being out of the city in a huge corporate park area the parking just the lot outside - not secured - should not be an extra charge

It is a fantastic hotel close to the airport. Very nice, clean and spacious. For a lay over you can't get any better and also if you are visiting the town, you can stay here and make an up down trip to city center.

Front desk guys were bit rude to my liking. There was this guy with piereced ear, I forgot his name, that joker would actually stare at you if you ask him a thing or two. They need to hire tidy people and make front desk polite and welcoming and the property will become best.
