The room are clean and the property is safe ,great location affordable 👌 the room are bigger

The property is pretty old need update and the smoke area always look not clean .May need more staff because I only saw on horsemen working he is amazing ,he also the only one taking care of breakfast .sometimes you will see dirty linens left since yesterday still in the hallway and trash .none of that is a beautiful property I do like it

Very comfortable room with a kitchen, much appreciated. Nice breakfast - cereal, yoghurt, bagel and cream cheese, omelette, bacon and chips, tea and coffee. Stafff were very helpful and polite at all times. Loved the complementary use of washing machine and dryer. Bus 130B stops outside the door to take you to South Francisco Bart - handy for travel. Good wifi and hot water

Tha fact that there was no airport shuttle despite it being still advertised. Apparently stopped duirng Covid. Also no groacery shops within walking distance except a 7-Eleven ( not great food).. Only restaurant is in nearly hotel so dinner is difficult if you do not have a car.

The people who work there are amazing. It’s clean and quiet and we enjoy staying there. The only complaint I have is they don’t offer any drinks with breakfast other than coffee and some soy milk. I would like juice or even waters.

I just would like to have something other than coffee or soy milk with breakfast. Any juice or water would be great.

The bed and room were exceptional. I thought the breakfast could have been better. It was very quiet. That was a concern of ours, being close to the airport. VERY comfortable room. The room was very clean, air temperature perfect, as I noticed we couldn't adjust the temperature

I thought there would have been a restaurant on the premises, and I wasn't aware of the paid parking. That was a surprise as well.

The breakfast was amazing!! Some days bacon and eggs someday eggs and potatoes always coffee and bagels and muffins and cold cereal as well with milk. The rooms come stocked with kitchen basics including glasses and coffee cups and a toaster. Laundry service is spectacular.even have a designated line to see how many washers are open which is a huge help! And it's inuded in the price!!!

I do not know how they could improve honestly

The breakfast was okay, the usual choices. Good coffee at the breakfast and in the rooms. The room was quite large and comfortable- well-appointed.

The clerks were a little perfunctory in performance of their duties. Didn't once thank me for my patronage nor did they tell me about the breakfast until I asked.

Nice big room in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped.

Breakfast ran out of food early every day. It was supposed to be from 6 to 9am but there was barely anything left at 6:30. No hot food either. The fridge in the room ran too loudly especially at night. These are fine though considering the good price.

location was great. near the airport and away from the bums of San Francisco. No homesless anywhere! there was a guard there near the entrance. we arrived after midnight. I couldn’t tell if he was also supposed to be protecting our cars because he pretty much sat by the entrance and was checking his phone most of the time. check in was seamless.

This comment is not about the property but about booking.com. although I was able to filter the properties based on pet friendliness there was no disclosure regarding the pet cost on booking.com. traveling for the time with a dog I found the $75 charge excessive. I was told that if I booked directly on the hotel’s website that charge would have been disclosed. I will do that next time. maybe i should be asking about a discount based on the dog weight. Our 11lb terrier suddenly seemed like a very expensive pet to drag around. The breakfast was just ok. Waffles would have been nice. Not much space to eat downstairs but the room had plenty of space to eat there for two.

One of my fave spots to stay in ssf.

The room smelled like cooking grease, so I had to crack the windows and patio door for a few hours to air it out. It eventually went away.

They embrace all family. Even the doggo. The room has the basics for cooking and eating. And the breakfast is always delicious and great for a day of adventure The staff is very understanding and handle all things properly
