Clean room. All GSAs were kind. I used to work for Hampton as a GSA so I understand the reputation as far as how a GSA should be. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had waffles. The morning kitchen staff were really clean and efficient too.

Arrived at 9:30pm and the receptionist was more than helpful, ensuring we had a smooth check-in following a long journey. Access to hot/cold drinks 24 hours is fantastic. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.
Breakfast options and seating were quite limited. Return of the airport transfer shuttle would be great, now COVID-19 has declined.

The staff was very friendly and wonderful. I really liked that the rooms were sanitized, and the housekeeping was excellent when they clean the room.
They did not give us all the options for breakfast the first time and the options were not explained at first. We had to ask for egg. Also, I wanted housekeeping after the first day and I was told that housekeeping went home already. No pool facilities too. Plus parking was not free. I was told that it was $13 for parking and yet there was parking tax on top of it.

I loved the size of the rooms, comfortable beds, free breakfast each morning and the friendly staff. The location was perfect and parking was easy.
That housekeeping isn't daily but that's a nationwide issue due to the pandemic. They also are not offering the free airport shuttle at the moment.

This hotel has always been my go to every time I'm in San Francisco. the location is close to the airport, parking is available and accessible to the freeway. Not to mention they have available breakfast! Also, rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained.

Awesome Lobby/ dining area. Room was spacious. The bed and couch in the room were comfortable. I love the breakfast. Plus all the staff who attended to us were friendly. Very near Grand Ave South San Francisco where they have great restaurants.
The bed would be perfect with bigger pillows.

Good location. Nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good sized room. Tons of electrical outlets in the room. Liked the free coffee and water available 24/7.
Bed was too soft and squeaky. Did not like the barn door separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

I reserved 3 rooms and the other 2 rooms were automatically charged with parking fee. There should only 1 room charged for parking fee instead of 3 rooms. It was taken off on Check out per our request.
