The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good, well above average. The most important part was the staff. I wish I had gotten the female front desk persons name because she was so kind and nice. On our first full day in SFO our rental van was broken into near the parking areas to ride the ferries to Alcatraz Island. Unforntuntly, much of my personal information was stolen. Well myself and my middle son stayed-up all night long canceling credit cards, filing police reports and other things and the kind front desk person allowed us to park are rental van with the broken window close to the front office door. After sunrise we were able to replace the van and the very kind front desk person saw what we were doing all night long and extended our check-out by 1 1/2 hours. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for being kind and caring lady at the front desk it made this horrible experance much more tolerable.

Room and bed. I had to leave early so was not able to partake of the breakfast. It was a dreary rainy day and the lovely woman at reception upgraded me to a lovely room. I was very comfortable and warm with the comforts of a nice hot bath, warm and cozy bed and a television to keep me company.
The only concern I had was that the tiles on the walk way were very slippery because of the rain. Other than that I had no issues or challenges.

Staff friendly. Unfortunately had thought there was gluten free items (had been in contact prior) but wasn’t. However hotel made up for this by offering me a credit back to my Booking.com! They were apologetic and quick to remedy the issue. The bed was very comfortable. Close to airport so did have that noise.

It was fine. Room spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast was fine as well. It was a short walk to the main street in South San Francisco which had plenty of restaurants.
I arrived from SFO during the time midday when there are no shuttles. The shuttle back to SFO the next day was efficient. My room was in the back of the property, so was noisy from the freeway and trains.

Easy check-in, staff was courteous, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was a nice bonus.
The darkening drapes can't be closed to cover the entire window. Even though there were sheers, we didn't feel like we had quite as much privacy as we would have liked to have had.

Room was clean and smelled good. Bed was very good. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. Facilities worked for he most part (couple of burned out light bulbs...).
Sink stopper in bathroom would not hold water; problematic for shaving with a blade. Airport shuttle had been stopped in March 2020 due to COVID-19--BUT THIS WAS NOT REPORTED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE OR IN THE RESERVATION PROCESS! Getting to SFO airport presented expensive problems, but I knew how to navigate available public transit. One reason I had booked this property was the airport shuttle; I felt deceived that this information was NOT CHANGED on the website.

Not having coffee available before 6 AM. Really? Shuttles to and from the airport don't start until 6:48 PM. If you arrive in the afternoon you will need alternative transportation.
