Good location near the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were OK - could have been a bit more varied, for example there were no hot egg dishes. However, for the times we are in these days (covid) the breakfast was good. Maybe no eggs because of covid?? They did offer microwaveable burritos and cook-it-yourself waffles. The dining area was large and spaceous, which was great.
The area where you line up to get what you want to eat for breakfast was quite small and cramped for the amount of people wanting to eat. "Traffic jams" waiting for the 2 microwaves, toasters, waffle irons...

- Staff are very nice and friendly, they try to help as much as they can - Quick check in, check out - The room is clean and tidy - Store the luggages for free - Shuttle bus is a HUGE bonus point since there many other hotels have cancelled this service due to Covid. And uber costs so much, around 30 one way Overall, my experience was much better than I expected. I think they upgraded my room (still kept the same price shown on web) since they were out of the room I originally booked
- Breakfast is OK, nothing too good but they do serve hot food - The bathroom is quite small, but it's fine since I stayed for only one night. It is very clean tho - The shuttle bus takes quite some time to return - The room is quite noisy from all the traffic

very close to airport: 8 to 10 min by taxi. (don't wait for hotel shuttle: a tarnsport running only every 45 min, and only early morning and end of afternoon cannot be called a shuttle). Fantastic breakfast. Excellent choice of hot dishes in the restaurant, and do ask to be helped by Ken, the most efficient hospitable and very entertaining (lots of stories, advices etc.) of all the restaurant employees that I have every met.

The hotel was functional as a stopover for me and my wife and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.The staff were helpful and friendly and we were provided with an adequate service so that we could rest for a night until our flight next morning.
Booked it initially and paid more than other hotels because of free airport shuttle only to find it didn’t run during middle of day! Restaurant and pool closed and had to locate a IHOP down the road. Could do with more information about alternative transportation links from airport and to shops and restaurants. Not having a car left us feeling isolated in location and as Spanish was predominantly spoken we had some language barriers in making requests or enquiries. Did not appreciate having to pay $100 deposit in case of extras as not required in UK or Europe. However if it’s policy?

I liked the room, which was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed the view out of my window towards the bay. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast wasn't exactly great, but considering that it was included in the price, it was better than most other places I have been to. I thought it was fun that you could make your own waffles.
The restaurant staff was not very skilled and I felt rushed ordering. Later the food took forever to arrive. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive.

It's an airport hotel type, meaning that it's main value is it's closeness to the airport, it even has a shuttle to take you and get you there, even though only some hours in the morning and at afternoon/evening. The rooms were comfortable and the room was quite clean. It has a very good price/quality relation since it even offers breakfast (even though we didn't have the opportunity to try it). Clearly matched our expecations. Excellent hotel to stop by a day or two on your way to the airport.

The staff/service here is top notch. I left my wedding ring in my room (it fell out of my suitcase) and the staff called me to inform me that they had found it and then mailed it to me overnight. The entire time during our stay we were treated with such respect from the staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant and cleaning crew. I've never experineced such exceptional service.

Spacious room, late check-out, great breakfast included, easy to get to from the airport using public transport, and very quiet at night. There was a coffeemaker in the room. McDonald's is right across the street if you need a late night snack.
The toilet didn't flush so well and the interior design seemed a bit dated. Nothing major though, we really enjoyed our stay.
