The hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to the airport long-term parking. However, the walking paths are not great, so I wouldn’t recommend walking—renting a car or taking a ride (Uber costs around $15–$20) is much easier. The hotel is a bit older, but it’s well-maintained, and parking is very convenient.

The only minor issue is that the shower water feels a bit sticky, like shower gel or oil residue on the skin. Everything else was great!

The only small point is that the room can’t be made completely dark, as some light still comes in. Not a big issue, but perhaps something that could be improved in the future – just a small suggestion :)

We booked a night in this hotel between 2 flights. We arrived in the evening, slept and went to discover the city on the next day before having our other flight in the evening. For this planning the location was perfect, you can arrive with the skytrain + walk 20 minutes, and then join the city with the BART located approximately 15 minutes by foot from the hotel. The staff is really kind, the room was big and clean, with nice hot shower and the bed (King-size) was amazing

Nothing, that was exactly what we were looking for

Staff were friendly, room was bigger than expected, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked really well, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! Breakfast consisted of coffee, juices, yogurt, and pastries that we enjoyed. The parking area is a little tight, but we got in and out without any issues. Since we rented a car, the location of the hotel was fairly close to food spots. Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist attractions are 30mins away, but it was an easy drive there and back. The airport is really close and you can hear the planes flying out, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Facilities were very clean and functional even if slightly dated or worn out. All offerings here are simple and cost-effective, no frills. It also felt safe. The proximity to Cal Train was helpful.

I wish there was a plug for the tub drain to take a bath, more bathroom hooks for towels, shower storage, and blackout curtains. I wish there was real half and half available for the coffee. No streaming on TV, but we just used our own devices.

Mr Dinesh does an amazing job managing Regency Inn. With over 40 years of hospitality service, he has the disposition to relate with guests from different parts of the world, and makes them feel comfortable staying at Regency Inn. Room rates are very reasonable for the location next to SF airport, and the facilities are kept clean. Despite next to a major road, traffic noise was almost inaudible. Adequate parking for someone needing a couple of nights close to San Francisco and the airport. Adequate complimentary breakfast for those who like something to eat and drink before their journey.

Almost everything from the staff to the room. It is almost perfect except for some few minor details but the same is not disturbing. It is tolerable. The staff are very friendly and the food are nice. Even though, I do not have a free breakfast, she said that you can have a breakfast. Very excellent customer service.

Since the place is really close to the airport, sometimes in the middle of the night you will hear the noise of the airplanes passing to your rooms but the same is tolerable. Also, some bigger trucks who are passing thereby since the location is near to the street and it is in the middle of the night, you will hear the noise and feel some vibrations to the room. But all of these are very tolerable.

Updated room. Well done. Office were very kind and helpful. Coffee and assorted teas in office. They made up room each day. Price was reasonable and short walk to San Bruno Bart. Just a couple stops from airport.

It is noisy. I was on 2nd floor and planes were loud and street is busy and noisy. I was wondering as it’s only a two story with all rooms facing street maybe 1st floor would help w plane noise. It did bother me as I take earplugs everywhere I go.

We were so impressed with this place! We had a 9 hour layover and decided to get a room to be able to get a few hours of comfortable sleep. The place was so accommodating and clean and helpful. I got the best five hours of sleep. Yes, there are planes that fly over but they are fewer and fewer as the evening gets later. Just the price you pay for a convenient place near the airport.

Very spacious room, furnished in a very simple and functional style. Very comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning. Free parking. Very kind and helpful staff: due to the delay of my flight, I arrived after 1:30 am and found someone waiting for me for check-in (I had notified via email); likewise, an employee quickly resolved a shower issue the following morning when I had no hot water.

The hotel is situated close to the airport, which means that the noise from passing planes is noticeable and may disrupt sleep. The breakfast options are quite basic, consisting of fruit juice, bread with butter, and muffins. There are limited dining and grocery options in the neighbourhood..
