Quaint, comfy, cozy room just the right size [as if I Am Goldilocks on El Camino Real]. Clean, white medium quality sheets & ethnic patterned comforter on squeaky, yet comfortable small queen bed. Enjoyed the coffee maker & filter coffee packets producing 4 cups of mild coffee, not strong @ all, but I liked fresh brewed. I felt very much @ home as I just about filled the desk with my toaster, Brita 10-cup pitcher, silicone dish mat & washed utensils, mugs, saucers, boxes teas, cocoa, & gray zippered medicine satchel, no name s few items. I had a chance to catch up on tv shows,that I normally watch on my tablet, with the flat screen on the wall…with a larger than life remote control for little me. This is a family business that has the customer’s comfort uppermost on their minds. Don’t hesitate to ask for any assistance you need from the front desk folks. The vending machine was filled with “naughty-sugary-temptations” that were difficult to resist: Snickers bars & Knotts Berry Farm’s shortbread cookies are my weaknesses.

Unfortunately, I didn’t automatically check the condition of the bath towels & hand towels: smelled moldy, grayed, dirty — as if a housekeeper missed putting towels into the “dirty-laundry” pile! Even with the pretty impressive renovations through the past years, more “touch ups” are necessary: putting caulking around the edges of the recessed lighting fixtures on the ceiling, plastering the plaster boarding then painting the incomplete ceiling in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I did have to wait for an hour to check in until my room was ready b/c I arrived with my Uber driver earlier than expected.

I didnt like the pillows,woke up with a headache and cramp in my neck all the 3 days there,and the other issue on my last morning I woke up went to the rest room and a small roach on the wall by the sink,I killed it,n it was the only one I seen the whole time there,but if you see one I'm sure there are more,only thing that stopped me from booking my next week of work!

The staff was friendly and check in was simple. Our first night/first room #210 was spacious & clean, had a lot of outlets for all our equipment to be charged at, the mattresses were a little worn but I slept well enough so not bad at all. Our second night/room #222 was also spacious & clean however it did not have the outlets to charge all our equipment and the separation of the shower & toilet from the sink took away space to set down toiletries/clothing. Other then that no complaints.

Not really a dislike as much as it is recommendations, Some type of Shelf in the shower for toiletries. Maybe power strips for the rooms with less outlets. The noise leave wasn’t great (airplanes) but I wasn’t expecting anything better I mean the location is convenient to the airport after all.

The room was clean and looks like it was recently renovated. I was definitely impressed with the room and it exceeded my expectations.

The soap was horrible, I repeatedly tried to rinse the soap off my body but it seemed not to want to come off. The outside needs a little work , I felt like it needs to be a little more inviting .

Not the real Ritz but for a night near the airport is perfect! Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom is new and includes amenities. Good price motel compared to others in the area. There are options for breakfast nearby but not walking distance.

You need cab or car to reach the motel. Rooms a bit cold at night.

The male evening staff was very kind. We returned late and all parking spots were taken. Without us having to ask, he immediately came out to the parking lot and moved a car so that we could park in the lot instead of the street.

Close to the airport so of course you’ll hear planes flying by.

The staff was extraordinarily kind and prepared in advance for our late arrival time. They emailed at the time of the reservation to confirm they could accommodate us and also checked in 24 hours beforehand to get a better sense of timing.

It’s a basic hotel by the airport. It isn’t fancy by design, and therefore met our expectations. I have no complaints.

It was spacious had a refrigerator and microwave. The a/c and heater was strong and worked great. The shower pressure and heat was also great. The layout was simple and it was great for the price!

The area didn’t look the nicest. But I didn’t feel unsafe during my stay. I actually took the bus down three stops to the 24hr fitness and back and it was all good. Wish it had an airport shuttle.

Close to the airport, $25-$30 Uber ride. Perfectly clean and comfortable room. New bathroom especially clean. Street noise was not perceptible with the a/c going, which worked well. Staff was extremely pleasant while checking in at midnight and checking out in the morning. It’s not a luxury resort, but for the price and location it is 5 stars.
