Easy friendly check in. The room was huge, we had lots of space to sort our luggage before our flights. We booked and extra night although we checked out at 5pm because the price was so reasonable, and we could just relax instead of stressing about bags and waiting around at the airport. Nice big TV and very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Quiet rooms. nice decor. would definitely recommend. So close to the airport and rental car return.

The facility I had no special expectations for and managed to definitely surprise me positively, parking on the premises - free, technically there is no guarantee of a place but I had no problem parking throughout the week. On the premises and in the area you can feel safe, despite the fire station across the street and the fact that the hotel is on the main street I never had a problem with noise. The service of the facility itself was very nice, they took care of order every day and made sure that everything was fine with me. Nothing to add, nothing to take away - i will definetly come back again :)

Comfy room with all the things you need after you land in SFO (even toothbrush and paste) and need to rest before starting your trip. Short walk to nice shops and restaurants. No breakfast but the coffee machine and vegan milk powders did the job. We were able to walk back to the rental agencies in the airport the next day and park for free at the inn when returning to pack up and eat our takeaway before leaving. Close to the Hangry Planet gas station and its Vegan Mob, bonus!

We miscalculated the distance from the San Bruno Bart station and had to walk with our suitcases almost as much as if we had started from the airport directly (slightly easier route though).

My room was very spacious with high ceilings, which made it feel airy and comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. Before my stay, I sent way too many emails double-checking stuff, and the staff were so patient and kind in answering them all. The location also has the bonus of being just a few minutes walk to an IHOP, which was very convenient.

The only downside (and it’s no fault of the hotel) is that even though it’s very close to the airport, a short Uber ride still cost surprisingly more than expected.

We stay in this hotel regularly when we have a flight connection next day. It is about 10 mins from the airport and close to good restaurants and shops of San Bruno, so it is quite practical. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (coffee, fridge, etc). The hotel is quiet and the staff is helpful.

The lift was not working while we were there, but the staff helped us with the luggage. Also, the fire alarm start beeping in the room (probably short of batteries), so they gave a new room not to be annoyed with it. The WC flush was very noisy. Everything else was ok.

The room was clean and well equipped, much better than I expected from an inexpensive hotel close to SFO airport. The location is very convenient for SFO airport, only about 10 mins drive, which is excellent as long as you are in your own car as there is no shuttle service. Although situated on El Camino the hotel is quiet and well soundproofed, it seems to have been very recently refurbished to a high standard.

This is a small hotel and although it does not have a bar or restaurant this is no problem as there are numerous good restaurants, of almost every cuisine imaginable, within a few minutes walking distance. I though the price good value given the location.

We frequently book at this hotel because the staff especially Sam at front desk makes us feel welcome and make adjustments if we made some changes in our booking for example extending our stay and requesting for the same room, Sam would accommodate our request with no problem and as a result my partner & I decided that we would use this hotel anytime we need one and became our favorite hotel in the area

The internet connection , the clean room . It makes us feel that we are in a 5 star hotel

I got off the elevator, and was pleasantly surprised by the central middle courtyard and skylight. Also, the parking was great, though the spaces can be a bit tight. This room was way nicer than I expected. The hotel is going through a remodel, and it really shows how much effort they are putting in.

I am really picky about my television quality, and while there is a lot of channels, there was no HD. The cable was only set-up through a coaxial cable, not an HDMI. This may sound pedantic, but it's an important thing to me. Not really a complaint, just an observation. Also, the bathroom fan was very loud in my room. All-in-all, nothing too bad.

Incredible location- 5 min from the sfo airport. 20 min from sfo city. I always stay here when I am in sfo for work. Huge rooms that are spotless. Safe neighbourhood! Staff are extremely friendly. Sam at friend desk was wonderful and genuinely helpful with all my questions. They treat the guests with professionalism and respect. Will be coming back soon.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Good location for short drives to area attractions without staying in the thick of things & paying LOTS more for that. Free WiFi. Free parking on site. Safe area for walking to shops & restaurants at night.
