Clean room big comfortable bed and room it had a kitchen in it which was nice pool area/ patio is nice. The check in person was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was continental not very many choices but was good.

Construction on site inside check in area. People were loud upstairs sounded like they were jumping all night which woke me constantly from my sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay here with my kids for 5 days, the location was amazing close to many restaurants and stores plus pharmacies. I enjoyed the fact the had great breakfast and the customer service at front desk as well as from all hotel staff were pleasant and professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel to families with kids. I was very thankful i was provided with early check in and late check out due to my flight schedule.

I didn't like the fact that $ 752.12 was taken from my account in addition to my hotel fees and I wasn't able to get it back until a day before I checked out. That money was for my transportation if I knew that was going to happen I would have used a different card. I hope front desk notifies people ahead of time so one can plan accordingly

I wish we had realised there was a full kitchen in the room. We saw it on some reviews, but didn’t realise it applied to our room. I’m not sure if it’s every room. Worth checking. We were staying before a flight after a long road trip, and we threw away / gave away our food and drink - we could have used it to eat in the room. The hotel is very near the hire car drop off and it is very nice. There is a swimming pool. There is a shop next door selling wine and beer, and some take away restaurants a short walk away.

No bar or restaurant on site. Breakfast isn’t early enough if you have to leave for an early flight, but you can grab and go something.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, warm, and comfortable. The furnishings were beautiful. The shower was sublime. The location was fantastic, as it is right off the airport and minutes from the freeway, while still being quiet. The location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants.

The only thing which could have improved it would have been a hot breakfast, as there were only cold options available (which were still good). I am assuming it is because the dining area was under construction during my stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly - I was able to print out my boarding passes and also they let me get some breakfast items from the breakfast room as we had a very early start the next day. They booked a taxi for us, as it was earlier than their shuttle bus and this was very reasonable. The room was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep.

It was a little further from the airport than I thought, in terms of driving time. I would look for somewhere closer next time.

Front desk person when we arrived was Fernando. He went way beyond helping us and made all the difference. When we arrived at 11 pm, exhausted after flying 12 hours and towing a large dog and 6 suitcases, as well as being advanced seniors, we discovered I made reservations for the next night. Hotel was full ! Fernando spent an hour trying to find us a room, everything was full. We were about to give up , when Fernando found a cancellation…..We stayed 5 nites everything was excellent. An additional note, the grounds are gorgeous

My room was clean, bed was super comfortable, staff was very kind and understanding, and the hotel grounds was very beautiful and all kept. I especially loved the kitchen in my room! I would most definitely stay at this hotel again! It was also in a great location, very close to the city, the airport, and other nearby cities. The city that the hotel is in (Millbrae) had a lot to offer too! The price was super reasonable as well. I had a great time, don’t hesitate of thinking about staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

The hotel had free parking in the basement which I loved but parking was super tight. I was always worried that someone will mess up my rental. Also, free breakfast was available but it was more like a snack then a breakfast. They offered hard boiled eggs, you can make your own toast, coffee, juice, tea bags, hot chocolate packages, 8oz water bottles, packaged muffins, bananas and apples. also various packets of honey, peanut butter, and jelly for the toast. As you can see, nothing fabulous at all. I know they can’t improve the parking situation but they can improve the breakfast definitely.

Both the young gentleman at the desk when we booked in, and the young lady at the desk in the morning when we were leaving were very friendly and professional.

A little more choice for an evening meal would have been nice. We ordered both the frozen pizza and the frozen breakfast sandwich and they were fine. And we were a little surprised that we had to pay extra for the airport shuttle... but overall happy with the experience.

This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as fantastic as the first time I stayed here! The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well kept, and the hotel itself is very nice. It is so nice to stay somewhere that is pet friendly and isn’t a junky place. I will gladly stay here again! I highly recommend it to anybody!

Our tub didn’t drain very well so when you showered you were standing in the water.
