This hotel has a great location and provides excellent value for the price. We had a deluxe room with two queen beds, and it was enormous! It even had a record player and a few albums in the room, which was a fun touch. It was also great to have free parking, as many hotels near the airport charge up to $50 per day! There are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which is nice, and because BART and Caltrain are just around the corner, it's easy to get into San Francisco by public transportation. I was a bit worried that the train noise would bother us, as our room faced onto the tracks, but the double windows blocked out all the noise, so we didn't hear a thing. We had a problem with the smoke detector, which randomly kept going off, but the woman at the front desk promptly took care of it for us. Loved having a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and free reusable water bottles in the room. We also appreciated that the entire hotel was spotlessly clean.

The bathroom was a bit tired, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The blackout curtains didn't fully block the light from the window, which annoyed me, but it didn't bother my daughter at all. I would still stay here again!

What a beautifully kept property, extra clean. The bed and pillows were heavenly, so comfy I absolutely appreciated the record player, and my balcony was wonderful! The room was super clean. I really enjoyed the shower as well. BRAVO 👏 The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dylan offers a afternoon happy hour in the reception area. You can also purchase bottles of different beverages so you can enjoy your own cocktail 🍸 hour Absolutely outstanding You can sit in the courtyard with a fountain and surroundings of beautiful plants. Very quaint peaceful. Transportation just across the street. Restaurants ,grocery store See's candies, there's a CVS as well within a short walk. Parking on premises. It is a Safe place to stay..

The light switch for the closet area was odd being right at when you walked in the room I wish there was more lighting by the coffee station in the room.

Close to the BART train station which suited me very well. I could get to the airport quickly (10 mins on the train & 5ish mins walk). Loved the water & coffee available 24 hours & the reusable water bottles in the room for use while staying at the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating with storing luggage after check-in. Bed was comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Shower was fine. Plenty of room. Lots of recommendations for restaurants & eateries nearby. Wine available in the lobby. Could open the windows of the room for fresh air. Vending machine available for snacks.

Room was a little noisy with other guests coming & going but not really a big problem. No on-site restaurant but again, didn't cause any problem for me.

Super close to the airport. We were able to take a bus from nearby station (2 min walk) to the airport on our departure date and the whole trip only took about 14 minutes. Super convenient. Beds were also very comfortable. No fridge or microwave with traditional room--but plenty of restaurants within walking distance made this a nonissue for us since we only stayed one night.

I remember getting a text that an upgrade to a room with a mini fridge and a microwave would only be like 25 bucks extra a night--which is totally reasonable. I suppose I'm not used to not having that included in a standard hotel stay is all.

The scrabble board with magnetic letters was great. Coffee-maker with coffee and tea packets in the room. Ecological water bottles that could be refilled. Clean bathroom and sheets, and good cleaning service. All of these were a major plus. The lobby was small, but nice. The trickling water fountain and open air seating area inside the hotel with plants all around made it feel very peaceful and attractive.

I would have liked a free breakfast with a little more substance like fruit and oats, and such.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was cute they had records and record players in each room. It was close to gas station and dining and close to the airport too!

We arrived late due to travel around 8 PM and we asked if a crib was available, to which they said yes. We were then told they were not available to get them because they were too busy at night, so none were available, that we’d have had to make arrangements days prior. It’s right next to the train and street so you can hear street noises but wasn’t bad. It was difficult getting to because of the odd street layout and parking spaces were SUPER tight, so many people end up taking two spaces. This made finding parking difficult.

This was a great place to stay the night before a very early flight. Parking made this easy, and I could fill up the gas tank nearby before returning my rental car. The hotel had a happy hour, and drinks available, and looked like a fun place.. I came in late and left early so couldn't take advantage of anything. They offered water bottles for sale in the room which was a nice touch in case you forgot yours. It's a cute affordable place and I'll look for Dylan hotels next time I need to stay over.

Nothing stands out. One small thing: the clock was so bright I had to put a pillow over it to block the light. :)

Well, that may be one of the best values out there. While checking in I talked with the receptionist that we had pretty rough stay two nights before. She acknowledged it and put us in the furtherest room that would be calm and comfortable for us. Much appreciated. The room itself was absolutely great. Clean, comfortable, spacious, good facilities. Jus amazing! The location next to SFO made it a bit far from city centre but it was pretty easy to get there. The hotel is not offering breakfast but they recommended great diner not so far from it and even give a discount to use there. Overall a great great experience! Also, bonus points for TV channel that airs Top Gear 24/7! I will be back there while visiting SF!

I like that’s it’s clean, quiet, comfortable and the parking is great! The staff was wonderful and always so nice. This was our 4th time staying at The Dylan and Nina is great! Thank you!

Our latest room didn’t have a refrigerator. No tea or hot chocolate but that’s ok cause the rooms are always nice. The location is great for as we visit family but like our own space and The Dylan Is great for us to unwind and relax. Being near the coffee shop and Bakery is very nice. Thank you for a great stay!! The property is a quaint area with just a wonderful small hotel. The areas were clean and all items like ice machine, soda vending, free coffee ands hot chocolate were all very well maintained and clean every time I used them.

The parking, while free, is a bit tight. It seemingly was all for compact cars. Parking could be a hassle at times to get my Bronco to fit.
