Check-in was a fun experience, yes fun. The desk clerk from Kenya was a joy! The room was perfect! The lounge was good and the evening food offered at the lounge was good, considering it wasn't a full restaurant! Shuttle was great and reliable.

Breakfast, which wasn't included in the price, was not ready at 6 am. Nobody knew where anything was (silverware, syrup, cream, tea bags, etc.) and this stuff was supposed to be available in the store all the time. The breakfast entrees were to be available at 6:30, but I doubt they were. Breakfast needs a lot more effort for a hotel that supports a lot of people getting early flights next to SFO, Eating areas were not really cleaned up and ready for the breakfast crowd.

Transfer from the airport was easy and convenient, and the room/bed was comfortable and clean if relatively plain. A short walk to the BART and CalTrain over the highway, which makes it a decent homebase when traveling around San Francisco.

The building is at an angle so that I was looking almost directly into someone else's room ten feet away with the curtains open, and there was a hiccup with a hold placed on my card which was a source of a bit of stress, but the staff was helpful and empathetic in trying to sort out the confusion in the end.

CLEAN! easy to move around and wonderful family friendly atmosphere. For the most part, it was quiet.

Unfortunately once we got to the outdoor sun deck next to the pool the doors were locked. Even though we and many other guests had their key cards NOBODY could get back into the building. We were ALL held hostage by locked poolside doors. finally someone came to open the door, however, the hotel didn’t fix the problem and it just kept happening over and over again. Would have been a perfect 10, BUT… Next time hopefully the hotel will unlock the door.

Everything, arrived late at night and was check in within a minute. Reception area has a bar, seating and couches, pool table, tvs and food area. ramen machine provided- everyone loved the food. snacks, drinks ect available. Pool area (heated pool), gym and outdoor area if u have kids. Rooms are large, have large beds and a good sized bathroom. Coffee/ tea and a fridge. FREE wifi for overseas travellers. airport shuttle available. 15 minutes from a good sized mall in Daly City!

I like my tea, so more creamer but no big deal. I’m sure I could have called and asked for more. If there have been multiple people I think we would have needed more!

As a HOtel near the airport, you find all you need there. Breakfast is not included, and there is a selfservice corner where you can buy some stuff. There is a agreement with the Westin next door on the use of the restaurant, hence if you don't want to go elsewhere this is close and ok. The hotel otherwise is fine and has nice spacious clean rooms, good beds. Staff is very helpful and friendly; there are only 2 desks to check in which may cause queuing.

nothing to complain, not necessarily a nice breakfast situation, but for eg a night before or after a flight it is ok.

Modern, spacious room, well-appointed, easy & reliable wi-fi, great shuttle service (frequent, on-time, & virtually 24-hr). Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar and more eating possibilities than I had thought from my first visit: there is a good seafood restaurant that is walkable, and also one in the Westin next door (but do check the hours). Signage is not the greatest, so *ask* the desk staff when you check in what is available at that time of day. And ask at the bar for the *full* food menu.

There needs to be a bit more prominent info on food possibilities beyond the "grab & go". One should not have to search for it

Proximity to the airport. Modern, tech savvy room. great bar. And most importantly: A really outstanding staff. Every interaction with the desk and others was A++.

The sheet that has alleged "delivery restaurants" isn't accurate, or I mistook it for delivery places. I think an updating of this sheet, and even some things like discount coupons to "recommended restaurants for delivery" would make a business travelers' stay easier. At lunch, for example, the restaurant at the hotel next door wasn't open and it would have been great to have an easy cheat sheet to close by places that delivery.

Shuttle was great once we knew what we were looking for. Room was clean with tons of space. We were only there for one night but it would have been great for a longer stay. Nice that there was a breakfast place inside but we didn't have time to utilize it. Nice lobby area too.

I really can't think of anything. A shuttle to the cruise port would have been great. But we took an Uber which wasn't too bad in price.

Stuff was very friendly & nice. Hotel has every 15min (almost 24/7) shuttle service from and to SFO airport. Even next to the airport it was not that loud.

I woke up twice at night because the fridge. It is a compressor fridge (what is usualy loud) and not a hotels fridge (heater or absorber named). Breakfast must be payed but there is not much to choose for people from other countries who do not like to eat that fat ;-)

Room was spacious and clean. The ambience of the hotel was really cool. Free wifi. Close to airport with free shuttle. Indoor pool looked great. Ramen from vending machine was actually good.

The pool was great, but needed cleaning. Reported to staff that the water was murky with stuff floating... waited two days with multiple follow-ups with front desk, and pool still wasn't cleaned. My kids really wanted to swim, but didn't because of this.
