The bellman was super efficient and sweet. Plus the fact that they've employed one. The staff also had a kind of secret taxi driver who seemed to prioritize the property. Snacks for purchase and microwave appreciated. Windows that open - yay! Breakfast options highly processed but real food could be found.

Refrigerator was super loud. The air handler made a whistling noise that I initially thought was a car alarm. Room directly overlooked a demolition site which was not exactly the quiet location I requested.

the girl at the front desk when I checked in did her job well. When I had to take a cab instead of the advertised shuttle bus, she gave me a small discount to help make up for it. I appreciated that.

update the website it advertised you have a shuttle to the airport. I discovered when I arrived at the airport after 8pm that there was no shuttle and I had to take a taxi. I was not pleased and it added the extra cost to my trip. I chose your hotel because of the shuttle.

It was nice to have hot breakfast choices. I liked being close to the airport.

There were some sample menus from nearby restaurant. We chose a Chinese delivery place. The food was awful and very expensive. Would recommend removing it from the lobby.

The value for my money. I didn't expect there to be a couch and couch pillows in room, but was surprised that was included, which was really comfy. Also, there was a kitchen sink and faucet, which came in handy. The fridge was bigger than across the st. when I stayed at the Marriott, which was really disappointing. The bathroom was a nice size, not small, again like across the street. The interior design was very good and the chair was very cushiony and a great place to study and eat dinner/lunch/breakfast. The only thing that bothered me, was the remote was slow and some of the buttons didn't work. But I figure its just the batteries or other issue. Other than that, was satisfied with the stay at this hotel. And they don't charge for parking, like yet again across the street! Will be back.

The T.V. remote was slow and some buttons did not work. Also, only one elevator and seems a little slow.

Bed was v comfy and located close to SFO airport

Went for breakfast around 9 and orange juice and water dispensers were empty and in spite of being in the breakfast area for 15 minutes , they still weren't refilled when we left the area

Great location. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent full American breakfast with much variety. Haven't had this much offered in hotels. Lives up to the Hilton standard. Clean rooms and comfortable accommodations.

Would be good to have better quality toilet paper. Got quite full later in the evening but understandable due to reasonable price at SFO.

We had a wake up call at 4:30 a.m. and were gone by 5:30 a.m.; we did not eat breakfast. The toilet was very low--better suited to kindergarten class room. The proximity to the rental car return and the airport is perfect. We were very thankful that the wake up call was perfect! We also much appreciated the use of onsite computer and printer so that we could take care of our check-in, boarding passes, and baggage ticketing. THANK YOU!

A couple of tea bags along with the coffee supplies in the room would have been appreciated. We are a mixed marriage--one coffee drinker and one tea drinker.

Loved that they accommodated our grandson with a port-a-crib and we each received a bagged breakfast with muffin, granola bar, apple, water and string cheese. Perfect for our travel. Room was clean and staff so friendly. Will surely stay again. Onsite parking, no charge. We didn't need it, but they also offer a shuttle to SFO. Literally less than 10 min to the airport!!

Wish we could have had breakfast, but our early departure prevented it.

The room was very nice. And the breakfast was as good as might be expected.

The shuttle to the airport did not run for part of the day, which meant that we were forced to spend money on an Uber ride. The fact that the hotel advertised an airport shuttle was a factor in its selection.

Overall a great stay and so convenient. Only recommendation is to extend shuttle hours. We needed to leave at 4:00 am for an early flight and had to use a cab. We requested a shuttle on booking.com and this was never mentioned. Not a deal breaker for $20. Also you should put 2 bottled waters in each fridge. I would recommend a night light in bathrooms. Small details but we will return. 👏
