Great spot! We loved seeing the planes come in over the water and land! It was great, you couldn’t hear them inside your room, just when you went out on your balcony or outside! The setting inside the hotel is gorgeous, there’s a small waterfall with a running stream with several coy fish, it’s so peaceful in the late evening and early morning! The breakfast was AMAZING! So much to choose from, fresh and tasty! They had a wedding going on the night we were there in their ballroom and it looked very nice! There’s a nice walking path that takes you along the water, where you can see all types of birds and pond life. It was a really cool place to stay!

Beautiful surroundings and views, lovely walkway along the bay. Superb inner courtyard with lush greenery, waterfall and koi ponds, offering much needed relaxation while traveling. We had a nice breakfast there before our flight - plenty of seating options, privacy, and no lines to get to the buffet. Another great asset - indoor swimming pool open until 11 pm!

The bathroom looked a little dated but it was clean. We observed lreally ong lines to check in at the reception desk - only two people on duty for such a large hotel is clearly not a sufficient level of staffing, although the receptionists did their best to expedite the process for everybody.

Traveling for my child’s soccer tournament recently. The location was perfect! Nice views as well close to a lot restaurants and local stores. Loved the heated indoor pool and their lobby is real nice and spacious with the vintage vibe. King size beds were comfortable plus the extra sofa bed , everyone was comfortable

I didn’t like the fact that you can only go on the designated floor that your room was on with the key card, had to go down and get a different floor card just to get ice because the one on mine was broken, which just was inconvenient but not the worst. The main thing I did not like is their inside restaurant the tap and tavern, I ordered a to go Caesar salad : mind you that’s a cold dish, it took over 40 minutes for that salad and it was $28. Ridiculous for the price of food in there plus the wait was horrendous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton in San Francisco Bay, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The breathtaking views from the hotel were truly a highlight, offering stunning vistas that made my stay memorable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and attended to, which added a personal touch to my visit. The complimentary breakfast was another standout feature, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. While I did notice that the rooms and the building itself felt a bit dated, it didn't detract from my experience. The cleanliness of the space and the exceptional service more than made up for it. In summary, Embassy Suites offers a fantastic stay with great views, welcoming staff, and a hearty breakfast. If you can overlook the aging decor, it's a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area!

Front Desk Lucus was excellent! He was extremely helpful even before I arrived and when we got to hotel! Super friendly and always had a smile on his face. Camille who checked us in was super nice as well. Julie the night front Desk helped us out so much,since we unfortunately couldn't get on the shuttle with the 5 of us. So she went above and beyond to help me get an Uber. She really eased my worries about the turo we rented and offered to hold keys at front desk for Host since oir flight left so early. Overhaul great service. The breakfast was amazing loved all of it..the made to order omletes are the best.

The shuttle is the last stop from all the hotels that they pick up for. Maybe they should allow special request for this place in an event u have a large group. But other than that everything was great.

Being on the bay was great. The inner atrium is relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Having a free happy hour every night and a great breakfast each morning is a plus. Indoor pool is fun. The staff are amazingly nice and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great place to stay between flights or for a visit to the Bay Area.

Everything was clean. Though it was near the airport, it was quiet with the double panes windows and was in a lovely, safe area with a park and the bay. The staff was lovely. They kept our bags until we were able to check in.

The parking rate was $45. I was glad that I read every detail because I would have been shocked upon arrival. Is it evident immediately before I book that the parking rate is high?

1. All the employees are WONDERFUL. 2. The location is perfect.

1. Furniture old, dirty, and broken. 2. The beds were awful, when you sit before lay down, the mattress goes completely down because those are old they lost their body and structure. 3. The dining area was cold, and the seats weren't comfortable. 4. The buffet isn't extraordinary as it was in the 80's and 90's. 5. I don't like your politics to make extra charges for the parking lot or for the use of the shuttle for the airport.

Everything was great except for the parking violation. I was not informed when checking in that I needed to pay for a parking pass, so when I went out to the car and saw the violation on it, it made me mad. I took it to the front desk and explained what had happened, and they compensated me for the violation, being that it was their error for not informing me.

The fact that parking in the parking lot was $25-$35 dollars a night

Room was a good size and the included breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Staff was excellent and the manger checked in via text a few times. Nightly reception in the lobby is a nice way to unwind.

Parking is very expensive and the lot is meh. It’s adjacent to a walking trail though.
