The staff I interacted with was polite and helpful. The facilities were clean and seemed to be well-maintained. The bed was pretty comfortable and the suite itself was perfect for me as a solo traveler.

While the Wi-Fi was generally okay, there were moments where the signal was not that great or normal browsing was a little difficult. I was able to get some work done, but I wish it was a bit smoother. The TV had a tendency to stop getting a signal, or to even "buffer" with some of the channels.

Breakfast was exceptional with some added hot food items in addition to the standard hotel continental breakfast. Staff were constantly cleaning, refreshing food. Appreciated the light food available for purchase when we arrived late evening and did not really want to go out again and just wanted a light meal. Also that hot water and tea were available all the time in the breakfast area. Sauna was nice at the end of the day. Nice hot shower and nice we could open the window for some air.

Very comfortable beds, plus the fridge and microwave were both very useful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is offered, plus there's an ice machine. Plentiful hot water and towels. Maintenance on hand for minor issues (we wanted to open the window, then the TV stopped working, both things were sorted quickly). Housekeeping is on alternate days.

All disposable plates, plastic cutlery etc at breakfast was a bit of a shame. There were bins for sorting into recycling, compost & landfill but people were confused, mixed them up and I didn't get the impression that it was a success. There was only really the golf course and Coyote Point (20 mins walk) within walking distance, with the freeway location we found we had to get taxis to get around which was no problem but just be aware of that.

Everything we expected. Pleasant helpful staff, clean quiet room, comfortable bed, location.

Breakfast was not up to par of our usual visits to Best Western. We were disappointed that the coffee was not brewed. It was a drip type dispenser with many options for cream, no cream, various size options etc. but the coffee tasted like ground, instant coffee not from true, fresh coffee beans. It had an odd weak tasting flavor. Luckily the coffee dispenser in our room used pods that had a great tasting robust flavor.

Good breakfast, warm and cold choices. The room was great for a family of four and the 2 nights stay we had. Just half an hour drive to Half Moon Bay, and the rates are much more affordable than on the coast. The location is very convenient to the airport (not scenic though, right next to hwy 101). super friendly personnel, everything was just as expected!

Not much room for improvement in this price category! keep going!

Lovely big rooms, clean and good location. Good value for money and would definitely consider booking again.

- As a Norwegian, not used to the tipping culture, having business cards waiting for me in the room - asking for tips, as soon as I enter, as well as laying on all the self-serve tabled at breakfast is just too much. - The breakfast is ok, but everything is Ultra Processed Food.

Very clean, staff are friendly, ok breakfast, good WiFi.

The window curtains are too transparent, not able to sleep because the room is not dark after the sun rises. The room has poor soundproofing, I can easily hear people talking from next room and footsteps from upstairs which is not ideal.

Location is great. Rooms are clean and spacy. Breakfast was OK , but they need to change and add new items to their menu. Staff were friendly and helpful Ample parking and it was free. Would stay again

Almost same food items in their 5 days stay. Was getting monotonous. Could add chicken item to their menu as some people have bacon/pork restrictions.

2 rooms, a lot of space, 2 tvs, our son could watch his TV in the other room in the morning. Kitchenette equipped with everything you need, awesome breakfasts, outdoor fire all night, social hours with beer and wine, dogs allowed, an awesome place.

We visited Disneyland and SeaWorld, much traffic getting there but both parks are within 2 hours drive.

Clean, nice rooms, central located for our needs. Very quiet even though it’s right next to the freeway.. good freeway access

It was good easy check in! Staff didn’t tell us there was a hot tub when we inquired on the phone before we drove 4 hours to get there! Which we would have like to take advantage of… and it was broken!
