The concerige were wonderful at this hotel, I had some complications regarding my booking and they went above and beyond to help me resolve it. With the rooms being nice and clean and the restaurant on the first floor serving excellent food, this defintely is one of my new favorite Mariott hotels and I would not hesitate to return to this location if I'm ever in the area again.

Due to the hotel not having many floors, the rooms can be quite far from the front desk. While I don't mind a good walk, it's a different story when I'm dragging a heavy suitcase across a carpeted floor. Also, the elevator I had to take to get to my room was very small and cramped, it felt more akin to getting in a dumb elevator.

by far the one best hotel I've ever stayed at. beds were comfortable and clean room size was perfect for my large family. pool has long hours and was clean. close to the highway.

price was kind of high. paid for breakfast with my reservation and upon check in was told its only for two people not everyone in on my reservation. which makes no sense. why would only two people get breakfast when it 6 on the reservation. additional breakfast was 28 per person which is outrageous for what they had.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurant in the lobby had excellent food and the location was convenient for attending events at the nearby San Mateo County Event Center. The bus shuttle to the airport was also greatly appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like was that the doors to the bathroom shower didn't properly close and would slide open. Other than that inconvenience, I don't have any other complaints.

It was a great hotel stay. The parking fee are awful! The pillows are not the best! Customer Service is great! Beautiful and easy location. Pool is amazing! Food and bar was outstanding.

The parking fees are awful. I will look elsewhere next time due to parking fees. The pillows are not the best. Pool posted hours were open until 11:00 but revised for the a holiday weekend to close at 10. Pools should stay open until 12 especialy on hoiliday weekends.

too expensive on site parking, did not initially honour full number of breakfast vouchers until we complained to Booking.com, lack of extra blankets in room (we had cold nights)

Learning about a separate fee of $35/nite for parking was an unwelcome surprise and expense. A big problem was coming back to my room to find that the door to the room was left ajar by cleaning staff, leaving my room and my personal belongings unsecured for the entire day. When reported - hardly an apology. No follow-up either. I would probably stay at a different place next time.

Convenient location near my sister's home. Clean, comfortable room. Excellent fitness center! Breakfast not included, but we enjoyed the hotel restaurant's breakfast.

Very clean, very comfortable, great beds and pillows and furniture, two huge televisions, wonderful staff, fabulous pool, courtyard, and spa, loved the separate living room from bedroom set up, extremely well- stocked coffee shop and mini grocery, bar and restaurant on site. Keurig and good coffee - yay!

Not able to do daily housekeeping and room restock right now, need to put in 24 hr ahead request, but sent housekeeping with any requested supplies and linens to room immediately.

Overall experience was great. The hotel is clean with a great location, commute to San Francisco was taking not more than 35 minutes.

The room didn't have a microwave oven even though it was stated so on the website.

Breakfast was very good. Room and mattress/pillows were excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Catering by the hotel for business meetings was excellent.

On the outside it is a bit noisy due to highway right in front.
