* Received only two breakfast vouchers for a four-person room, despite booking indicating breakfast was included; issue resolved but caused confusion. * Initial room near electrical room had loud buzzing and vibrations, affecting multiple rooms; moved to a quieter room, though the AC unit was still somewhat noisy.

The hotel was overbooked by 10 rooms. Christina at the front desk did find a superior suite for us that was not over the bar/lounge so we did not have to listen to the music until 1:00. Very fine breakfast too.

If you book the room directly with the property it will be MUCH less cost than Booking .com. Due to a construction emergency at my home I had booked quickly with B.com. Needed another night so contacted the hotel directly and got a MUCH lower price. Lesson learned.

Our room was very clean and the location was ideal for us, being close to major freeways. They do have a nice restaurant in the hotel (which we didn't get to visit), but a lot of other choices around the hotel within a mile.

I can't think of any negative aspects from my stay. It does get quite busy in the lobby and the restaurant area, which didn't affect us, but it looked like a lot of airline crews were staying at the hotel.

We went for breakfast and was told they were not serving from the menu. The waiter told me to go get a coupon because we were there for my granddaughters volleyball tournament. The lady at the desk said I would have had to request at booking. I didn't understand that. I went back to the table and he said we could order off of the menu. I thought the buffet was very over priced. However we ate dinner in the restaurant the night before. Very good and not too pricey.

We had to call three times for sheets and blankets for the pull out couch. They only gave us one thin blanket in the middle of a child front in February. We had to ask for another one.

The hotel was nice, clean, and so was the staff. The hotel was also located in a good area.

It was a minor inconvenience but having no microwave to reheat left overs caused more money to be spent on food. We also had to throw out food since we didn't have a place to reheat our food.

The beds were exceptional with warm enough blankets and delightful pillows. The blackout curtains were very effective. It was very quiet. I loved the toiletries provided.

No affordable breakfast option. Parking was tricky.

The lobby area was very welcoming and had a nice ambiance. The room was very clean. Even though there was a night club downstairs, it was very quiet in the hotel. Plenty of parking free of change and very safe feeling neighborhood.

While being in a nice atmosphere and indoors, the pool and hot tub felt aged and could use some refreshing. They were still enjoyable though. The TV in the room was very dated and didn't have many channels. All of the light fixtures and other electronics in the room could be updated as well

The hotel was pretty nice and food was good.

The pool was beyond cold and really dirty (hair floating everywhere). Told staff and they didn’t do much about it. It’s a very busy property. Also bathroom has no fan so gets humid quickly and hot. Definitely mold growing and wonder how often they have to paint to cover it up.

Even though my confirmed reservation included breakfast for 3 adults and it was written in the reservation form, they did not accept the breakfast of the 3rd person and made me pay for it.

Location: can walk one block to Panera, pizza or ‘The Habit’ burgers. so close to freeway on and off ramps, friendly staff, very reasonable rates. The breakfast buffet was good and has slots of variety and the ‘Bistro’ make EXCELLENT pizza and delicious burgers!
