It was just what we need it for 1 night crash. 10min away from the SFO Int. airport, clean, spacious and confortable. It’s a bit far from the attraction points, so I think you should search for something else if you’re looking for visiting, or prepare to drive for about 40-50 min. Food delivery came in 15 min, there is also a restaurant near. And I must specify again, it was very clean

We were unlucky to receive a room right next to the elevator, where there is also the ice machine, so we could hear a strong noise until late at night. However, it stopped near midnight and we had a good sleep.

The staff the always very professional ,they help out where they can.,

The cleaning staff enter the rooms thinking your or somewhere along those lines and enter the room and all you're is taking things to your car and returning back to the room and it must do something to the room door lock and youcantget back in.so now you are forced to go to the office and get a new key and go back to the room and it doesn't work so now you have to go back to the office and realize your gonna be late so you leave and some things are left behind because of the cleaning ladies.so how do I get my girlfriend &my things back things back.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge and a coffee machine. The TV worked well and was well placed in the room.

The "kitchenette" had a stove top but it did not work. I had to buy plate and cutlery, which should ideally have been provided in the room. There was complimentary coffee but no tea. There should have been more information provided regarding services available to guests, e.g. laundry etc.

I was able to get a room last minute and the process at front desk was smooth! Everything worked as expected and I had no problems during my visit. Floorplan of the room felt roomy/spacious.

Building is a bit older, mild wear and tear. The space felt stable, nothing (that I noticed) was wobbly or in disrepair. I noticed a black outline on the wall with the window but cannot confirm if it was just a weird shadow, a previous maintenance repair (black-toned seal or caulking), or mold - I was too tired to look closer when I arrived and was then hyper-focused on getting back on the road in the morning.

Upon arrival at 2:30am, front desk was waiting for me, that was nice. Person behind the desk could not/would not help me with my 1 bag to my room. I'm 72 years old and disabled. The lady who checked me out was very, very good, she was friendly, helpful, and made the stay great.

Someone to help disabled customers with their bag to get to the room, I almost passed out getting into the room at this ungodly hour.

Price was a huge factor in deciding this place. I stayed 3 weeks.

I didn't like how the drinks vending machine only provided drinks at room temperature. It was also frustrating trying to speak with some staff who didn't know any English.

Everything was above our expectations, honestly this trip was just as good as a high end hotel

WiFi didn’t work you could login but not load anything really. Also the ice being outside is not to bad but kinda an inconvenience

The hotel is super quiet and it's in a good area. I've been staying there for more than 4 years. I recommend it. The only bad thing is that they arrive at 10 am to knock on the door. Change that because the departure is 11 am. Don't knock before but everything is fine.

The location was nice and better than other Motels. The staffs were nice and all other amenities were good.

The towels they gave were not of good quality. Shampoo and Moisturizer and conditioner washer not there. Rooms lack microwaves. .

I was pleasantly surprised!! The room was big. And Clean. It did not smell funny. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was huge. Hot water. Good water pressure. I wld def recommend this location to anyone
