I like that the rooms were separated by the living room and kitchen. It offered more privacy that way. I saw the Belmont Police early in the morning driving around the parking lot as if it was patrolling it.

I didn't like the fact that people were in the swimming pool after it was closed. They were really loud, and it disturbed my sleep. I also didn't like that I had to pay for parking when anyone can drive into the lot. This is not necessarily a dislike, just a note that if you are located on the top floors and have luggage you have to carry them up yourself.

Convenient location, quiet and pretty close to 101 at the same time. Room was pretty clean, except of carpet which is never clean in American hotels. Decent Wi-Fi connection, good speed and strong signal.

In the room the fridge was grossly loud. Bathroom doors’ design is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Simply impossible to close the door. I wish they just installed a handle on every bathroom door. Breakfast is pretty bad, coffee is disgusting. “Business” computers are really outdated, running WinXP, simply dangerous to use. Printing services unavailable, had to ask staff to print one page for me on their private printer. When checking out, asked staff to send me a detailed copy of receipt. then asked twice via booking.com messages. Then called Booking.com so they can ask hotel to send me a receipt. No result. Charge extra $10 a day for parking, even though they have a plenty of parking around the buildings, so ugly and greedy.

We went on vacation to San Francisco and staying here was the best. Not only was it great to be able to get away from the busyness of the city but our stay at the Hyatt was ideal for our family. Our drives into San Francisco we’re about 20 minutes and the evenings at Belmont were very relaxing and pleasant as we walked around the small town. We had a kitchen to cook or warm up food and my husband and I had our own room and bathroom as well as another room and bathroom for the kids. All of the staff was very attentive and having breakfast there was a plus. Stores are less than a mile away. We loved staying at Hyatt House Belmont and would definitely stay there again!!

There was nothing disappointing about our stay. The only thing I would recommend is a variety in the breakfast served through out the week. Breakfast was the same for all five days.

Everything is great! In my view, this is an ideal hotel for a short term stay with friends or an extended family sharing one large room with a kitchenette if you plan to travel around the Bay area.

During one night, there was a noisy party going on somewhere around our room and it lasted a few hours well into the night (starting somewhere at 11:00pm). We should have called the reception, of course, but I was very tired and went to sleep anyway. Since some of the buildings blocks are pretty remote from the main office, the hotel staff were not able to hear the sounds of the party.

Just what a home away from home should be , very clean and comfortable. Great staff, very friendly. I ordered some extra towels and they promptly brought them to us. Breakfast was great along with the kitchen staff!! Customer service was great overall !! Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!!

we booked this because we needed a suite with beds for the whole family and it worked very well for us. we knew that we had to pay extra for parking, so could figure this into the price.

We needed the sofa bed in the living room, which was not made up when we arrived though we had asked for it. Also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable -- a light child slept there and even the child complained. The other beds were very good and having 2 bathrooms also really helped. We could not open the windows, so were reliant on air conditioning, which I really do not like having to use during covid. This should be made clear on the website. The pool was closed and the breakfast was minimal (but we knew this beforehand, so ok)

Great location central our two son homes

It rained the entire time we were there. The property had many unavoidable low spots in the pathways where water puddled. One morning, an hour after having the free breakfast, my stomach started hurting and I threw up everything I had eaten. I could eat anything for the rest of the day and the next.

The suite we booked was very comfortable for my 2 friends, my husband, and myself. We enjoyed having two completely separate bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The living room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the location right next to the bay, and it was a nice safe area to stay when visiting San Francisco by car.

There are no elevators and the upstairs suites are not wheelchair accessible. Beware of that when traveling with elderly/handicapped people.

The 2 bedroom suite was great. Beds were comfy and big. They provide some pots and pans for cooking, but not much for food storage if you have left overs. We had to buy some plastic containers. We stayed for 2 weeks so we went grocery shopping. We should have realized that we needed some smaller items like ziploc bags, aluminum foil, etc. Do your meal prep so you know what you'll need. The included breakfast was a nice touch. It allowed you to take yogurts, fruit cups, and apples back to your room. I couldn't eat their eggs & sausage breakfast everyday so that's where the groceries helped out.

Booking the workout facilities was a challenge. Reservations were sometimes not taken properly. Some people were not aware of the reservation policy. Due to COVID protocols the gym is supposed to be cleaned in between visitors, which takes time and would cause delays for the next person.. A little better communication between staff and guests regarding the gym policies is required. We were told that we could only get someone to clean our room on Thursday, and it had to be at 8am. The only time left available. Not sure if this was due to COVID, but we saw other rooms getting cleaned. I'm guess those were guests who left the hotel. I'm just unsure why it had to be Thursday. As it turned out, we declined and did our own cleaning and requested towels from the front desk as required.
