Location was great. Easy freeway access. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and gave a good recommendation for dinner. We loved it. Office was great about letting us check out a little later than usual check out time.

I needed a cheap place to quarantine during my unexpected COVID stay. This was the best option for what I had to deal with, and it worked perfectly for me.

The wood panel floor was kinda odd, but not really worth considering to be bad.

The location was good and the price was right

There was only decaff coffee in the room and no coffee at the office. Parking was tricky. The place was quiet and I was happy with the stay.

It was regular and homey. I enjoyed the simplicity of the room.

The bed was comfortable, but regular. There was a topsheet on the mattress where there should be a fitted sheet. There was a long hair sticking out of the carpet and I am bald

Owner reached out immediately to contact me about expected arrival time, cordial. Provided detailed instructions on all amenities. Informed of local eateries and pubs. Checked it just enough to make sure the stay was pleasurable. Offered exceptional service and asked if he could assist with any other needs. Best hotel I have visited in years. More managers and owners should take note of how to satisfy their patrons. Must stay!!!

Door was not well insulated. Offer water or fresh juices to j replacement of the breakfast not available due to the pandemic.

1. The location: Very close to San Mateo downtown. 2. The TV & WiFi& AC & Heater worked very well. 3. Quiet room. 4. Hot water. 5. Free parking.

1. The parking lot is small under the building due to the pole. Used the open parking lot. 2. The water pressure in the toilet is very weak. 3. The building seems to getting old.
