The room was as shown in the pictures and written in the description. We ate breakfast before they usually serve it, so it was convenient and varied according to the circumstances. The Reception Guy (sorry for forgetting name) was extremely professional, kindly and directly explained how things works around - best one!

There is only one con associated with our stay - the shuttle bus. It's written "free" shuttle bus. We know that it's well-received to give a tip for the service but both two busses we used for the transfer were covered with this information. The first driver didn't say a word, it was just some info on the walls, but the second one asked directly "And the tip?". Don't offer a shuttle bus or don't call it free, when workers demand payment.

Instructions and timing for the airport shuttle were emailed to me directly before checkin (much longer operating hours than I anticipated!). Front desk agents were so bright and friendly, both times I chatted with them. The bathroom was really nice, clean, and stocked well with toiletries. I cracked my hotel window and used the city road sounds for sleeping. It could have been a white noise recording, honestly.

The room had a scent of smoke to it when we first arrived. This was not noticeable at all after opening the window and turning on the AC system. It's an older building but they've done a great job with it!

we stayed at the hotel on the last day and half at the end of our holiday. We found this hotel very clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and the guy on reception (cant remember his name) was very helpfull and courteous.I left my phone behind me in our room and i did,nt realise this untill we were at the airport. I called the phone and the reception guy answered it as the house keeping staff had handed it in. He was very helpfull in organising to get it back to me in Ireland. My brother lives in san fran so he collected it and posted it back to me. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes walk from hotel to the Tanforan shopping mall which is just a 10 minute bus ride away. Also free shuttle bus to airport. we enjoyed our stay here.

Very clean; helpful & friendly staff; restaurants nearby

Not the fault of the hotel, but I was looking for a site as close to the airport as possible so that I could take transit services for a 6 am flight. Most off-airport lodging services offer a shuttle but limited such a way that they are not a viable solution. Obviously, Lyft or Uber is an option, but concern about cost for 3 AM portal weighed in my decision to make another choice. With the guidance of the hotel staff, I made the best decision under the circumstance to get to my flight safely & in-time.

We were greeted warmly at reception and everything was explained to us — breakfast, shuttle, snacks. It was quite charming. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a microwave, a coffee maker and a mini fridge in our room, as well as a good hairdryer in the bathroom. The shuttle was on time and the driver was so friendly! Quite the difference from the Frankfurt airport hotel’s shuttle!

I thought the rooms were poorly lit. There were bedside lamps and an entrance hall light, but it was hard to see the contents of my suitcase in the area where cases sit. Also, the parking lot had a lot of trash that needed to be swept away.

The Manager Tushar Pandya was VERY friendly and understanding of my situation. I was moving to Maui and had to stay an extra day in San Fransico due to paper work issues with my dogs. I called the property to ask if they accepted dogs and he said that they did but that there would be an extra fee. I apprectiated that as to have No surprise extra fee put on my bill at check out. He also told me there check in time , however when i arrived at the location 1.5 hrs early he got me a room within 20 minites. After telling him my story he gave me a nice little can of wine. Also Very Appreciated. He was very accepting of the dogs stating I could put them in there kennels or let them to roam freely in the room whatever made me feel comfortable and didnt manke me lock them in there kennels when I ventured out. Upon check out the shuttle driver was not going to let me on the van as the Kennels took up LOTS of space and he had many other people with luggage to pick up at other properties and that I would have to get an UBER, But Tushar explianed my situation to him and got me on the Shuttle. WHAT a relief that was . THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I cannot express how appreciative I am for all that he did , Even little things where big to me as my move was NOT going as expected. His son who also works the desk was pleasent and respectfull. Thank you for EVERYTHING

The shuttle bus driver worked on 02sep around 0800am from hotel to airport asking for the tips made my family not comfortable,the "free shuttle bus" that I already gave usd2 tips when off the bus,but the driver said:what?? last woman gave at least usd5"he stood there and stare at us while there is still other customers on the bus.Make us paid more tips and with bad attitude.Thats why i minus 2 stars to this hotel.

Location, the comfort of the hotel room and above all, the person who checked me in. They were so incredibly friendly and after a 17hr journey, it was an absolute delight to be greeted in such a warm way. The person even set up the breakfast stand much earlier than normal because they noticed that a lot of people were catching early flights! Also, I forgot my water bottle there and they were super quick to respond and send instructions on how I could get it back (just send a shipping label). They got the bottle in the mail right away. I absolutely will stay here again if I’ve another layover in SF, great find! Oh- and to be so close to the airport, I could hardly hear anything and I have super sensitive ears and very light sleeper. The bed was so comfortable as well!

Nothing really! It would be awesome if there were vegan options for breakfast. This isn’t the norm in hotels though so wasn’t an issue, but just thought to throw it out there. :)

The hotel is close to San Francisco International Airport and it provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport in the morning and evening hours. The staff was friendly and flexible, there was a possibility for checking out later than 11 am. The breakfast exceeded our expectations by providing omelette.

As the hotel is close to the airport, we could hear the planes taking off, which was a little disturbing during the night. The fridge in our room was also noisy but it was manageable by unplugging it. Earplugs are recommended if you need a quiet environment to sleep.

I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. The stuff was really nice, which is very comforting for a traveller who is just to board a long haul flight across the continent and the ocean. It felt very homely. Also, the neighbourhood offers quite a selection of diners, pizza spots and restaurants.

The only minor complaint is a piece of furniture in my room: one of the drawers kept opening. Also, the service provided by the airport shuttle is very limited (only within certain hours during the day) and it didn't fit neither my arrival nor my departure.
