Located close to San Francisco International Airport and hotel ran a shuttle to airport as required. Used the hotel for that reason at the end of a two week holiday. Hotel was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and had its own bistro with limited opening hours however there were a few eateries within walking distance if required. Hotel had drinks and snacks available for purchase 24/7 including microwaveable options with our room having a microwave so I presume it was same for the rest of hotel.

The property is modern and upscale. The room was spacious and they offered us a room with a step out garden on special request. The staff is very courteous. A small bistro inside the hotel and a f&b store helped us because we were travelling with kids. Good parking facilities. A fireplace added to the charm of the property while we were staying.

Though there was a coffee machine and microwave, creamers and tea sachet could have been kept along with extra paper cups.

The hotel was a comfortable place to crash after a long flight from the UK. The check process was smooth and they had some food (cereal etc) to buy from the lobby which was useful for jetlagged travellers needing to eat in the middle of the night. The room was clean and comfortable.

My flight was delayed and I needed a safe and quiet place to rest for the delay, this hotel did exactly that. However, I was quoted a certain price and my card was charged a different amount with zero explaination.

Not sure why I was charged $180 instead of $154??

I thought breakfast was free. It was not.

The hotel reply to my enquiring about shuttle. They did not notify me until I was in transit. Luckily I had a phone that worked in the U.S., otherwise a taxi.

The hotel is located off the highway, but rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and very pleasant. The staff are wonderful and the location is perfect.

We sat at the tables outside the restaurant/reception area. For some bizarre reason, our food was served in cardboard boxes rather than on plates with cutlery. Wish they had asked us if it was take-away, because it wasn't supposed to be...

You need to pre arrange the shuttle which was not clear. Need to take uber to get anywhere.

Comfortable, clean room with easy parking and airport shuttle. Nice setup in lobby where you can eat/drink if you want. But we found good food close by.

As it is close to airport, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Couldn't book our return stay at front desk. Only online.

Nice property, not far from the airport. Small bistro/restaurant was good. Nice to have a shuttle 24hrs which is lacking for San Fran.

The desk was super helpful seeing as Booking . com did not forward the booking confirmation, they never receivrd it at the hotel, good thing I had it on my phone so they helped us.
