Disappointed that we could not book a uber (paid by Four Point hotel) from SFO to hotel. As a foreigner, it is costly for us to make a call to hotel to arrange (as Skype is no longer in service). In fact, I call at SFO but was told no shuttle bus service to hotel. I was not advised by hotel staff that they can book a Unber service for us and we juts need to wait at SFO.

I have been using this exact location for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience, the staff is super friendly and what keeps me coming is the bang for the buck and also it's cleaner that most hotels we stay at domestically and internationally the hotel in one exit away from the airport.

The only thing I dislike is that it sales out really fast!t

Very quiet even though next to highway. Great location near airport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing - no complaints about the property. But, Booking.com showed the room had 2 twin beds when I booked it but when we got there, we had only one bed. The desk clerk said they don’t even have rooms with twin beds so it was a mistake by Booking.com. He very graciously moved us to a room with 2 queen beds.

I like the staff gave me a upgrade to the penthouse by level suite the first day I got there it worked out good for them cause I extend it for about a week and I kept getting the nice room

I enjoy staying at this hotel. Always clean and quiet.

The length of their hold for incidentals. Average is 4-6 days, once it was 4-6 weeks and a phone call later. This visit somehow I was charged twice. Once by booking.com when reserved, then again when they were to only place a hold for incidentals.

I liked the fitness room. I loved the room and office chair and ability to plugin. And I felt like the staff was more than nice and helpful. And coffee is good

Breakfast is very sad. Reminds me of a gas station, which is disappointing for the price my company payed

My room was next to the laundry room and it was very loud. It sounded like someone was hitting the wall from the next room.

Beds was comfortable

I don't feel the the price was worth the value for the night due to the fact that it hasn't even been upgraded in no way with new moderations! especially for it to be a Four Point Sheraton it was okay but it wasn't all that I've stayed I better and I travel! Being a travel agent.

Great location right off the freeway. Clean rooms very neat.
